Top notch, wonderful person my new go to
I will never go to anyone one else he was patient with me and even waited for me, I got lots of animals and was concerned about the heat he fixed the problem in under 10mins. I'm very thankful for the awesome help he gave me today.
Very impressed with this company, they are honest, thorough and reasonably priced. Rourke and Kolby did a great job! We plan to use them again for all of our future HVAC needs. Thanks again guys!!
I called based off of seeing good things about the HVAC guy on Facebook. I received a new thermostat and tried my hardest to figure out how to install it myself but was really struggling. I called and they immediately answered and even offered to give me some guidance first! My house is incredibly old so none of my wires were the colors they should be 😂 I said I was not in any rush, but they came out the next day to help! Rourke and his apprentice were so kind and knowledgeable. They installed it so quickly, helped me program the whole thing, checked out my system and even took my dirty air filter with them 😭 I can not sing their praises enough, it was a great and professional experience start to finish.
They performed exactly as they said they would. Helped me obtain an electrician to wire the project and so far it's worked flawlessly! One of the reasons that I selected this company is that Rourke told me, "we'll always be there for you!" I think he meant it...
I just moved to Prineville and was referred to this company. They were super understanding and very professional. They came and got the job done and I'm so happy. Super hard workers. I would recommend!
We have a home warranty and they assigned HVAC Guy to us. We were happy to find out the technician had serviced our A/C unit in the past while he worked for another company. Rourke is awesome! We were not home when he serviced our unit so we trusted him to service our unit without us being there. He sent pictures of the problem and did an excellent job replacing the part which had to be ordered. Additionally, he responded very quickly as we had quests arriving that week and needed the A/C unit up and running before they arrived. We will definitely count on Rourke again. Thank you for your excellent customer service and quick to respond!
When I received initial call to make an appt Kylea (I believe was her name) was friendly. The day of the appt she called to let me know they were running late. No problem we were flexible. When I got home and noticed the thermostat looked like a cheap non programmable one I was extremely upset. Having a disabled adult son we have to make everything as easy and convenient for him. Which means having a programable thermostat is a must. Anyways I was extremely upset. I emailed them my concerns and Rourke did email me back late in the evening. Which was appreciated. After reading his email then doing my own research I realized the thermostat could be a programable one. With my maintenance knowledge I was able to figure out how to get into the “installers” section of the thermostat and make it programable. Problem fixed. My one suggestion would be that no one should assume someone needs the easier choice and that they should have called me to see how I wanted the thermostat set up. Otherwise they were friendly, professional and quick to respond. Thank you.
I just bought a home and was in the process of moving in - mid July in a heat wave - the AC stopped working in 100+ degree weather! I called The HVAC Guy and the response diagnosis and repair were done in a timely and professional manner. It was a pleasure working with Kiley and Rourke and I will keep this company on for maintenance and repairs for all the home systems!
Unprofessional, work order from my home insurance assigned to The HVAC Guy LLC and mass confusion on their end, setting an appointment and then notifying that they can't be ordered to show up to the time they chose? Called and was completely rude - meanwhile no AC for the 3rd day! Cancelled and reported to warranty company and would NEVER use such an unprofessional company. Touts "all about accountability" yet can't show up!

After calling our home warranty company, we were referred to an hvac company that could see us for 2 weeks. Our air conditioning went out yesterday, the temps are in the 100’s, this week. My husband and I are 70 & 80. When I called back, the warranty company connected with The HVAC Guy, in Bend. Although they had no openings for 5 days, knowing our situation, they agreed to fit us in, today. The technician said they’d already gotten 15 new calls today. They were efficient, quick and understanding. We can’t tell you how much we appreciated them. I cried when I heard they got it fixed, as I was worried about my husband.
Rourke was awesome! He showed up when he said. Did what I felt was a quick and awesome job installing heat pump. Friendly and good customer service, highly suggest him for the work.

Let's face it, fixing or replacing a forced-air furnace is not exactly on anyone's top "To Do" list, especially in the middle of winter in Central Oregon. Pair that with a 30yr. + forced-air furnace that has never been properly serviced or taken care of, and you've got a bit of a mess on your hands. That was my fun little ball of stress up until a few weeks ago. When a person is a seasoned homeowner and their contact list of repair experts and contractors is on-point; no worries a phone call or text and repairs are scheduled and done. When you're not a seasoned homeowner, your contact list is pretty much the equivalent of exit Zzyzx heading into the Mojave National Preserve in CA. Even though there have been more fixes than I would like, I have to say my new and growing contact list just gained a phenomenal HVAC business. Trade expertise, customer service, and genuine interaction have vanished from "Big Business America." Those key traits are making a return through small businesses. THE HVAC GUY, LLC. is just the type of small business I'm referring to. Rourke's business is Veteran owned, and he is spot-on in the way he conducts business. His work ethic is impeccable, and he has a solid system for scheduling and appointment reminders. Rourke thoroughly inspected the HVAC unit noting each concern and red flag while explaining the issues and fix. Ultimately the fix was a new forced air furnace. The thermostat was as old as the furnace and needed replacing also. Rourke gave great advice on a few units that would be the most efficient and cost-effective for my home. Rourke had the new furnace ordered and installed in less than a week. The only reason it wasn't sooner was due to the parts being ordered right before the weekend. The installation went smoothly and quickly. He also installed new dryer ductwork under the house and created a vent for outside. The new thermostat had a hiccup during delivery {all me} and did not arrive in time for the installation. Once
