I had a problem with a leaking valve beneath my sink, and after I contacted them, they sent someone to my place within an hour. While he was there, he was able to replace the leaky valves and assisted me in completing the installation of my dishwasher wheel; the company's employees all went above and above and were polite.

I had they coming over through American Home Shield (Home Warranty) to check my Furnace that was not working. The Technician was very polite and detected the issue in a few minutes. He came back on the next day and replaced my Thermostat by a brand new wifi one. They really know and understand their business both technically and on how to satisfy the Customer. The Technician gave me several tips on how to improve the air circulation on my home. Very happy with the service. I will surely consider them next time I have a repair or when it comes the time to replace my furnace and air conditioning.
This company operates illegally without an HVAC license. There is another Detroit Heating and Cooling company out there which operates with a license, however, this company has stolen their name and are operating illegally without a license. They need to be reported asap.
This company was contracted through American Home Shield. The technician was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and timely. He arrived, assessed the issue and had the problem solved in very little time. My humidifier was leaking water. He unclogged the lines and, after keeping an eye on my furnace for several hours, I haven't had a leak at all. I would gladly hire this company to do work that's not covered under my extended home warranty.
