I have an older Trane Split system. It quit working before winter was over. I didn't know who to call. So I picked someone local With a quick look the guy told me the unit had a faulty Mother board. So he ordered one,and about a week later he came to fix it. The part that he brought was not even close to compatible. After more head scratching he told me that my unit was obsolete and the parts he needed to fix the unit were no longer available. And I just needed a complete new unit. So it sat for a couple of months not working. So my neighbor suggested that I call The Experts Pro. So I did and set an appointment. The technician Alex came out and checked the unit. I had told him what the other repairman said. Within 5 minutes Alex found that the problem was a transformer that powered the mother board. And he just happened to have the part that I needed on his truck He had it fixed and running good in a very short time. I would have to say that Alex is very knowledgeable on HVAC. The Experts Pro is our "go to service' when we have appliance or plumbing issues. Alex is professional, knowledgeable and on time. Office staff is courteous and thorough when setting appointments. We've used their services 3 time over the last year and have never been disappointed. Alex not only fixes the problem but attempts to do so in the most cost effective manner rather than trying to up sell with extras. If Alex says something needs to be replaced we trust his experience and are comfortable moving forward.

privilege of using your company three times for appliances and heating/air. Each time you were prompt in answering our calls and getting to our repairs within 24 hours. Alex is very respectful of your home and time. He communicated what the problem was and costs involved before completing repairs. It was refreshing to get dependable, reasonable service and you will not be disappointed.

Called them and they had availability the next day to fix my fridge, unlike several other companies I called. Alex was on time, very professional, and fixed my fridge without it costing an arm and a leg!! Would highly recommend this company for all your appliance needs!

Truly EXCEPTIONAL service! We have used The Experts Pro to service & advise on virtually every appliance in the house. Alex always delivers top quality service & expertise with a can-do attitude. But beyond that, he has CONSISTENTLY gone above & beyond to provide refreshingly superior & reliable service including scrambling to source & install a brand new HVAC system after ours broke in the middle of record-breaking heat wave power demands with ongoing supply chain issues that left standard solutions out of reach for a timely fix. He & his team found a way to squeeze us in last minute, drive 4 hours to secure the necessary equipment & stayed until the wee hours of the night to ensure our A/C was back up and running before he left the jobsite. I could not recommend his service more. Photos: 1. Installation of more efficient bottom air intake that required additional same-day parts to be sourced in the middle of supply chain issues. 2. I have been using them since winter of 2010 when our unit broke. Alex came, installed new unit and we have been using The Experts ever since. 2x a year for maintenance too!! Alex is a professional, always friendly and does the job. This unit has had only 1-2 repairs and it was not due to the unit itself, it was the wild animals chewing wires. No complaints and when/if I need another unit or any other work I will use The Experts Pro.
My one star review concerns a lack of ethics and professionalism. I notice some good reviews and that’s ok, but for us, the technician turned off the refrigerator thermostat and failed to turn it back on, since we have two refrigerators we didn’t notice it until two days later when all the food was spoiled. That’s an honest mistake except for when I called them, they blamed me for not checking earlier and refused to reimburse me for the lost food, and take off the original charge Really? They only would refund me a small portion if I took off a negative review. Better watch them. I’m referring them to tv and newspapers to look into their practices. Who is the customer here? Treat people the way you want to be treated that’s all. I’m now out of a reimbursement and food that I will have to restock because I refused to take away the review.
Very pleased with the service Alex provided for us today! He very quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it within 20 minutes and we are glad to have the use of our dishwasher back. Really appreciated the same day service also. Highly recommend and will be letting our family and friends know to call Experts Pro!
They did a great job getting my dryer running again—but I can’t recommend them to students/people on a budget because their costs are extremely high. Got charged ~$250 for a dryer thermostat replacement that took less than 10 minutes. If you can afford it, they’re really good at what they do. If not, I’d look elsewhere.
Standard of excellence. Alex worked very hard to install a new trane system. This unit was replacing an amana system that was installed by A1 finchum about 2 years ago. The A1 finchum unit failed after 1 year and they kept delaying the scheduled arrival appointment. I called another company to repair the faulty boards. They have a proprietary design which only A1 finchum could service... similar to what Tesla does. A1 finchum did not install it properly which caused the unit to fail. Also A1 finchum was rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend Alex at the Experts Pro for his quality installation, professionalism, and expertise. Alex worked early and continued with proper professional installation until it was completed and tested. I wish I knew about Alex at the Experts Pro 2 years ago. I highly recommend Alex at the Experts Pro. They are professional grade. I also plan on updating the company I work at about the Experts Pro. They currently use A1 finchum which I am very disappointed with. I feel that the company would be much better off with The Experts Pro. Just wanted to share my honest opinion.
Google search indicated 24 hour availability, but calling revealed much more limited hours.
Alex was great on time and went above and beyond,very professional and I will most definately call when we need help again,service means everything.This is a reflection of a good company.
Right on schedule, Alex arrived and began working. He was very focused, knowledgeable, and worked so hard. He was here until 10:30pm, until the jobs were done and up to quality. We now have a dishwasher, an unclogged sink, and working fridge. He ran into unexpected issues during the work, but he figured them out and made sure the work got done. Very impressed, and will call them again if we need anything else fixed!
