I love that Michael's company "The Cooling King" is a family-owned business. His company was recommended by a friend who knew I needed a second opinion for my furnace. I spoke with Michael's wife for an appointment, she was so caring and friendly making sure I got an appointment quickly. A time was scheduled, I was impressed that Michael arrived on time to check the furnace. His check showed my furnace needed to be replaced. The way Michael explained his findings and was not scary but genuine, he felt the sooner the better. His charge for replacing furnace was very fair. He was able to order and replace the furnace during the week of Thanksgiving, which was appreciated. We were told Michael and his crew would be out between 8 and 9 a.m., they arrived shortly after 8 a.m., which was great! They kept the work area clean, and they didn't leave my doors opened. Once the work was complete Michael explained everything he and his crew had done, showed how the system worked. He made sure my warranty was filed with the company, which I truly appreciated. I was worried about our furnace; I am so glad my friend recommended Michael "The Cooling King".

We got back from vacation yesterday (Saturday). Late in the evening, I went out back only to find water dripping onto the patio from the A/C drain. Called thecoolingking.com a little after 8 pm. Sunday morning 10 AM Michael was at the house fixing the issue. Since we're on the preventative maintenance plan, no emergency service fees. Even got a 15% discount on the service - who does that in the middle of a Texas heat wave? Fortunately for us, Michael and his family have taken care of our A/C for many years. So nice to have someone you know and trust when you need them.
This was our semi annual HVAC maintenance and Michael did a very through job. While he was here he also install a new Wi-Fi connected thermostat to allow us to better control our system. Michael has been our HVAC maintenance resource for many year first with Bradtex and now in his own company The Cooling King.
I have used Michael Bradley for years and find him to be honest and reliable. Their prices are good and their advice even better.
I needed maintenance and some repair work on my HVAC system so I called The Cooling King and Michael was there the next day to access the issue. He explained what needed to be done. I gave him the ok to order the parts and the issue was resolved promptly. He is now the only person I will call for future HVAC service.
AC stopped cooling and froze over. Got several professional opinions and only Mike and Cooling King proposed replacing a part rather than the whole unit. An honest assessment is what I needed. Mike explained everything thoroughly so I could make a confident decision. Excellent advice and excellent results. Will call again.

Top notch service & Superior Quality Work! I was in need of a HVAC service company, and I was very unhappy with the last HVAC company I had used. It was starting to get hot, and my units just weren’t cooling like they should. My neighbor recommended the Cooling King after she had a system replaced recently. I called and they were able to fit me in that afternoon. Michael with Cooling King came out the same day and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and had it fixed within a very short time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. With his 25 plus years of experience, he had some great advice. Since then, not only do have I have them servicing my rental properties, but I have also referred him to all of my family and friends as well. I will definitely be using the Cooling King for all my future HVAC needs. Great Experience + Top Notch Service + Superior Quality.
