Tammy sent Daniel out same day to fix ac. I appreciate the great customer service and getting an itemized invoice complete with pictures.
Purchased a new HVAC system with The Coolest Air & had a great experience. When my thermostat had a wiring issue a year or so later, Daniel came out and got my system back up & running the same afternoon that I called in. From the initial phone call to the service repair, it’s always a great experience. Super polite, professional and definitely cares about their customers!
This review is long overdue. The Coolest Air is made of the greatest type of individuals. From the receptionist, to the employees, to the owner you expect the same great service across the board. Transparent, honest, and knowledgeable. Not only can they assist with complicated jobs, they take extra pride in the small details, and in taking care of their clientele from start to finish. I'm so grateful to have found them for my business amd my home. Truly the heart and soul of Central Texas. You will not regret getting them to help you with your HVAC needs, they know what they are doing.
We have had them come out 3 diffeent times. 1 time to fix our ac another time to preform routine maintenance on our ac and another time to preforme routine water maintenance for us. Alex, came to fix the ac and was amazing. Very pleasant, well mannered, and cleaned up after him self. Aaron, came to do the routine maintenance and was awsome. My son wanted to watch and Aaron didn't mind and was "teaching" him about the diffrent parts and what theu do! Never had someone not get annoyed with children so this was awsome. Daniel came out today and did the routine maintenance on our water heater. He was awsome as well. Was pleasant to talk to, very knowledgeable, and also was very clean and neat. This is the only company I will be using as every single time someone has come out for us we have alway felt taken care of. Never had had an issue. The office staff has always been amazing as well very polite and give accurate quotes.
My whole HVAC system stopped working and they were out the very next day and even gave me time to get from work (30mins away) to home. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable. It turned out to be an electrical problem and the diagnosis was free. Thankfully Daniel recommend an awesome electric company (Amped Up) and I am so grateful especially with the temps about to drop into the 30’s this weekend. I will be using this company for any future HVAC repairs and will definitely recommend.

We have tried several other service companies such as pest control, plumbing, electrical etc. before we found one, we could stick with, we never had to look any further than The Coolest Air for our HVAC repair or installation. Inside blower motor started making a terrible noise and wouldn’t always engage. Called them up and they had someone out the same day. Alex showed up and diagnosed the issue quickly. Called Cliff the next morning to let him know I wanted to add on the annual service contract and not only was he professional and pleasant, he let me know they had the new blower motor and that I should be back up by the end of the day. Alex showed back up, quickly replaced the part, documented everything, and made sure everything else looked ok. Awesome service once again. Only company I’ll ever call for HVAC
We just bought a house and moved to Texas a month ago and the AC upstairs wasn’t working. I made a call and Alex came out the next day and figured out there damper went bad and needed replaced. The part took about a week to get here, Alex came out Andy replaced the part and BOOM the upstairs was actually cooler than downstairs now. A week later (yesterday) we noticed the downstairs was hot and not blowing air out. I called thinking maybe it’s because of the new part 🤷♀️. Alex came out and funny story the downstairs control was just off. Soooo he turned it on and we are good again. I love that I can rely on this company for fast service, and Alex didn’t treat us like idiots for the system being off. He is a great guy. Highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
I just recently moved back home to Cove with my family to be closer to my parents a couple of months back, and my AC unit started leaking. Cliff came by and took care of our unit. He is so thorough, professional, and friendly. He's such an awesome guy! Right when he walked into my house, my husband remembered that Cliff installed my parents unit a little over 6yrs ago. He was a blessing to us then, and even so now. He still remembered my Mum and our family, and this was also BEFORE his business really grew as it is now. Cliff walking into our house this time around.....he's STILL the same great guy from then. He's always helping people out the BEST way he can! Our family is so proud and happy to see his business grow as much as it is (used to be him and his son riding around in his truck) and also how his son is also helping keep the family business going. This right here is a great example of a small town business that takes care of their community. Thanks Cliff! You will ALWAYS be our AC man lol :)
I highly recommend The Coolest Air. They came out quickly and took care of the part my AC needed. I also appreciated their itemized invoice complete with comparison and instiallation photos. They will definitely be my go to company for all of my HVAC needs.

We love Cliff and his team! They're always punctual, professional and thorough. We especially love the fact they take pictures of all the before and after work that they've done. They're on top of calling us to schedule the next maintenance cleaning, which makes it super convenient.
Everyone is so nice and the guys that come by for the repairs are fantastic! I've used other companies before, but now I will only contact The Coolest Air!!
I have been using Coolest Air for over 7 years to maintain the AC Unit at my rental property. Any time there was an issue with the AC Cliff was always able to get there the same day. We finally decided to replace the whole AC system and The coolest Air has been gracious in working with us as the install date had to be moved several times due to remodeling at the house. I would highly recommend Cliff and his team for any AC repairs or maintenance because they are honest and do the work quickly. They also provide pictures and detailed notes about the work that was performed which is great because I live in another city and couldn't be there for past repairs.
I’ve done business with this company twice so far (once in an old house and again in a new house). Both times they were phenomenal. Cliff is a subject matter expert, really down to earth and overall just a good guy. Every technician I interacted with was professional and friendly. When you have AC issues in this Texas heat, this is the place you need to call. They’re always on time and ready to help whenever you need it! Cliff came in and told us what was to happen. Went to troubleshoot and found we needed freon. AC was fixed in mere minutes. Wonderful service, crystal clear communication! Have already recommended The Coolest Air and will continue to!
Had an A/C system that finally died. They installed a new Daikin system. I have never had an A/C system that is so quiet and cools so good. It’s amazing. I’ve gone outside several times to check on it. It’s running but it makes hardly any noise. I never really noticed how annoying my neighbors systems were. I have to say, they stayed really late until the system was installed properly. Would highly recommend.
This business is amazing! I will never call another AC/Heating company. If you haven't checked in to their maintenance plan, The Cool Club, then you absolutely should!
