Aaron was my technician. He’s the BEST that I’ve had in a long time that was very professional and well mannered. He knew what it was talking about and just gave Great service. Cool Guys you need to keep this guy around for long as you can. We don’t get these type of workers to often. My advice (if it’s worth anything) please take care of him because he represents COOL GUYS with excellent! Jermaine
Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable about our ac unit. We had a freon leak and he diagnosed it quickly and fixed our problem. We are already enjoying cooler temps in our townhome. I would highly recommend him and the cool guys company.

Thanks to Cory for coming out to my townhouse yesterday (Monday) to diagnose and fix an issue with the furnace. He did a great job!!! Thanks so much for getting the furnace back on line.
Mykel is unbelievable. Did the service and owner. Above and beyond. Just left my house on Christmas Eve because prior HVAC company had everything screwed up with my heat pump and system that was only a year old. Showed up prompt and told me what to expect from first contact at 7:30 am this morning. If you want customer service and attention to detail don’t look anywhere else. Cool Guys is the way to go.

Routine maintenance
Tech was on time and very friendly.
I had some issues with my heating system. I called The Cool Guys office and they sent Aron, the technician on the same day. Aron is very responsible, hard working and explained the problem very well. He fixed the issues right away. I think their prices are very reasonable and it is a nice company to work with. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and families.
My heat went out and by the end of the day the cool guys had Aaron come out from Jeal on the phone down to Aaron’s work I highly recommend the cool guys
Technician very friendly and answered to all questions
These guys do good work. I needed a fan motor replaced and was a little shocked by the cost -$700 for just the motor. Also the communication could have been better. Took them a week to get the motor replaced which normally would have been an issue but the weather cooperated. All in all I'll probably call them again if anything happens. Hopefully in that time they will have improved in those areas
