Great customer service, informative and respectful.
Our AC stopped working on a 115° day in July. I called The Cool Guy Heating and Cooling and Josannio was able to get me scheduled that day and immediately resolve our issue! Very honest and professional guy! He easily explained what the issue was, made recommendations to keep our units running better and did not pressure us with any unnecessary sales pitch. Would definitely recommend him to my family, friends and neighbors!
Last night our air conditioner stopped working and it's 108° today. I called them today and they came out within an hour and had my unit up and running. No other company was able to come out sameday and this company was awesome. Very good price and great customer service I appreciate you for fitting me in sameday.
Josannio “Big Hoss” came out same day to change my a/c capacitor and run a hard start to the compressor. Everything was fixed and a/c up and running like new. He competed everything in a timely manner, he explained everything as he worked so I had an understanding (which was nice to be come educated on). Very professional and great pricing. Definitely recommend him if you are in need of any work. Thank you again Cool Guy! Saved me from this intense heat!

I needed my air duct repaired and A/C serviced This man arrived on time did a great job very clean neat made sure to cover faucets tub sink etc before starting the job Hoss is fast polite and professional this man deserves 10 stars I will be reaching out to him from now on for future maintenance

The Cool Guy installed a smart thermostat that other companies couldn’t figure out as one of the wires was mislabeled. He also cleaned the attic coils, and added refrigerant to the unit. He even threw in some things for free. Very reasonable and exceptionally professional. Highly recommend.

Ac went out , gave the cool guy a call and within 2 days he had the old system out and new one in. Fast, professional, clean and quality install. Second time using the cool guy and results were the same , excellent. Definitely recommend , satisfied customer . Thanx cool guy 😎

This company is great I just purchased my home and upon move in I had a problem with my ac/heat unit and my water heater wasn’t working either and I called these guys late at night and Big Hoss himself came to my family’s rescue that same evening and did all the work to get us our heat working and hot water and fixed my thermostat that wasn’t wired correctly by the last owners and was very responsive professional and very knowledgeable and came immediately out to my home,I would definitely be using these guys for all my heating and cooling needs again and will not use anyone else ever again,you guys will get great professional service with this company,THANKS A MILLION TIMES AGAIN BIG HOSS
