DTE preferred a different company to come out and check my AC but company was a scam. I was told that my AC unit was nonrepairable. Feeling defeated, I googled heating and cooling and picked the first company. This was truly the work of God. I was able to scheduled an appointment the next day. The owner, Chris was early and determined to troubleshoot my AC unit before claiming it was nonrepairable. After diagnostic testing he was able to fix our unit. It's been a few weeks and its still going strong. Chris, your kindness will never br forgotten. You have a dedicated customer. THANK YOU 😊
Chris is simply the best. He is very professional, and extremely honest. He doesn’t try to over sell and push products off on you that aren’t needed.
Chris came out today and checked out the AC system that my dog had chewed on. I was very worried because the wires looked quite damaged but were not completely chewed through. He opened up my system and saw that my dog had just yanked a plug out! He plugged it back in and screwed the cover back on. He then showed me how to change my furnace's filter! Very quick and efficient work for a very fair price! He is my new HVAC guy, for sure!
Chris came out to fix my dads air conditioning unit on a Saturday, he was professional, timely, and overall great experience. After having 2 separate contractors come out tell me I needed to replace my entire A/C system, Chris was able to fix my unit for 5x less then the cost of what other contractors. I called him on a Sunday morning and he was at my house in only a few hours. He is also a pleasure to talk to and have conversations with.
This company is the real deal! They are prompt, knowledgeable and extremely reasonable in cost. They've even fixed a minor issue I had just over the phone!! I will recommend this company to everyone I know.

I want to share I chose this company because of all the positive reviews and I am rating them low for a lack of warranty on their service! I had two service calls within a two week timeframe. For the first service call: My furnace blew cold air after I attempted to clean the flame sensor in an attempt to save money. It was cold out so I went ahead and called this company for service. Chris came out did a wonderful job fixing other issues that were poorly set up around my furnace and hotwater tank! I would rate Chris for excellent service that day. He’s knowledgeable, shares knowledge, and helpful for sure. I just want to warn you that there isn’t any warranty given if the same issue happens again. 1 week later (thanksgiving week) the same issue reappeared, my furnace blew cold air and I was too stubborn to call immediately. So another week went by and it got colder out so I ended up calling Chris back. Found the issue was a dirty flame sensor, I’m more upset at the fact it wasn’t looked at on the first visit because I had to pay another fee. Most companies don’t charge another fee when it’s something they serviced already. The only reason I didn’t choose another company the first time around was because I would’ve had to wait 2 days, but Chris was able to come out immediately (I appreciated that) but this isn’t good business in my opinion. If something else happens I’d be sure to call someone else since there was no type of warranty of service honored.
Very reliable. Used this company many times. Others companies tried to say I needed a new system but they was able repair it at a responsible cost.

Happy Chris Tellis and his team were pleasant and professional. From the consultation to completion, Chris showed a high level of experience and expertises. I am tremendously pleased with the replacement and insulation of the heating ducts. I am definitely referring The Company of David Heating and Cooling.

I would highly recommend Company of David for Heating and Cooling repair or installs. Chris Tenis and his team are highly professional and get the job done. You don't have to worry about a contractor not executing on the job. They gave clear goals and executed too perfection. I was expecting a two day job and it was completed in one day (Installed heating system and Cooling system.) My family is very pleased with the Company of David's work and would use them again.
Chris and his team responded promptly when called. We got several quotes to have our furnace and condenser replaced. The Company of David was competitively priced, performed quality work, had attention to detail and followed up to make sure we had no issues. Not only would I highly recommend this company but I have no issue singing their praises.

Chris was wonderful! He was responsive to my inquiry within 10 minutes of my reaching out. He was able to accommodate an appointment within the same day of request (granted I reached out in the early morning). He arrived and talked "to" us about what the issue was and how is was going to repair it. This was important because he didn't talk "at" us as we don't know anything about A/C repair. He was professional and efficient. Will recommend to anyone else! ****The above review was from 2 weeks ago. Now here I am with 2 ADDITIONAL visits regarding the SAME problem with additional excuses about why it is not fixed. Plus he blamed us for cutting the line when we cut the grass but we haven't cut the grass since the day after the first visit, so wouldn't that be something you would have noticed on the second visit and not the 3rd? I don't trust someone who gouges people out of their money with no explanation and no detailed work the first or even second time around. I would be very cautious!
