When I say these men blessed me this week. The air conditioner went out in my home on Sunday. The fan was moving outside but the motor in the house had just clunked out. I contacted the warranty company on Monday morning and The Comforter was dispatched on Tuesday. Mr. Bush was here for 10 minutes and discovered the source of the problem. My motor went out and because it was covered under the warranty, he was able to submit the necessary information and we were only out of pocket the deductible. I’m pretty sure if the part was available that same day we would’ve had air that same day. But with COVID, things don’t happen overnight. They stayed in touch and reassured that we would have a/c restored before the weekend. He told me Saturday but was able to get the part today and was here at 6:30p to put the motor back in. Literally took them 20 minutes to get us going. We appreciate you guys so much and we pray blessings over your business!
My home warranty company booked this company for me. We did have issues with the home warranty company but these gentlemen were so friendly and helpful in dealing with them! I would totally recommend them for your heating and cooling needs!

I highly recommend The Comforter Heating and Air company. I met Adric, the owner when he was putting in a new HVAC system for my next door neighbor. My neighbor, knowing that my husband and I will very soon need our system replaced encouraged me to meet Adric and his team. Since meeting him I found out that he was an electrician before starting his HVAC business. That extensive knowledge is a definite plus when it comes to heating and air. I have a friend who was in dire need of an electrician that she could not afford. Her home has a fuse box that most likely dates back to the 1920’s that needed inspection and repair. She has been living for more than 6 months without electricity to half of her home which includes her refrigerator. With a five month old baby this was a situation that needed fixing ASAP. Adric came this morning on his day off and located and fixed the problem with in ten minutes. He promised me that he would help and came through right on time and free of charge. He is a man of integrity with Jesus in his heart. I now can’t wait for our system to die, just so we can have Adric and his team install a new one. Thank you again Adric for your kindness in sharing your electrical knowledge and God given gift of helping others who are in need.

These gentlemen accepted my claim through my home warranty company. I discovered the outside unit was not working and my home was steadily getting warmer my the minute. I contacted the home warranty expecting a day or so of a wait. These great guys called me the same day, came to my home, assessed the issue and were done in 15 minutes. Leaving after making sure the temp was improving. I dont have to tell anyone what that means at the end of June in Mobile. Great service!
Most incompetent outfit you could possibly have dispatched to fix your home HVAC. They came to my house 5 times via a home warranty program. Replaced outside unit and some of the inside components but still no cold air. After their last visit (and after condensation damaged our hall flooring) we still had no A/C. When they left, my wife who has no idea how A/C even works, looked in the closet where the AC unit is situated in the house and found a condensation overflow shut off valve that was just hanging there. She moved it so the plunger thing was 'open' and magically... we had A/C. They had replaced this plunger valve with a new one that same day but left the old one sitting off to the side, apparently still wired in to the system. Their response? 'We disconnected the old one'. But they did not remove it - or obviously, disconnect it. Also left some highly questionable spliced wires on the outside unit, not sure what that is going to lead to. Nice enough people, but run screaming and find someone that knows how this stuff works. They certainly don't seem to...
These young men came to my house as promised and got my a/c unit up and running in no time. They also found a leak no one was aware of and fixed it on site as well. Very personable and knew exactly what they were doing. Pleasant to be around. I feel very comfortable recommending this company.
