Eric arrived at the time he promised and work was completed earlier than promised. Equipment recommended and installed was exactly what was needed. Can’t say enough good about my experience with The Comfort Patrol. 10/10 recommend this company
I was referred to Eric Tilton by a friend. My parents AC stopped cooking 2 days ago. The big company that put it in said it needed replacing for $7200. Eric came out the next day and it was clearly not in need of replacement. The blower was working but the wire had been cut on the outside unit. Yes, really. He replaced the wire and it’s working. I’m so grateful he could come out so quickly and fix the issue. It’s shameful these big companies do this to hard working elderly people. But I’m so glad there are decent and honest people like Eric in this world. He called me right after the job to fill me in on what happened. He’s the best!!

Fast service, easy scheduling and great prices. Also got an air scrubber installed and the air in my home always smells so clean now- even with 2 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats. Absolutely recommend this company!
