We have used The Cold Truth for a few years now. Always professional and the best price around.
I got quotes from multiple companies some of them are high and some of them are low, but then I went with them based on the recommendations from Neighbours. They are experts in what they do. They explained the whole process and addition of new parts as part of the installation. They did exactly what was promised. I also added Halo Reme UV light. Technicians who installed are very good and their workmanship is outstanding. Frisco city inspector also appreciated the work. Yes, Coldtruth took care of City Permits and Inspection.

They have an excellent reputation in my area (Frisco, TX) and provide great service. I recently had an A/C unit replaced by the Cold Truth and their prices were competitive. They also offered the best financing options among the other A/C companies we had give us quotes. I'd highly recommend this company.

We’ve had amazing experiences with the Cold Truth. Last summer our AC went out in July. When they realized we had a newborn, they came out same day so the baby wouldn’t overheat. Recently the evaporator coil went out on our system and needed to be replaced. The team arrived on time and even waited around after the repair to ensure the AC was working properly. Everyone is extremely polite and professional. Payment can easily be made with a card.

The Cold Truth replaced our HVAC system and they did a great job! They covered the floor, stairs and any work area. We were amazed how quick they got the work done, started at 8:30 and finished around 3:30. We went with a Trane XL17 and this system is insanely large. The temperature in the whole house is more even. Thanks to the team at The Cold Truth!

I've used the Cold Truth since 2017. After getting multiple bids they were not only the best price but they offered the Trane systems that I wanted (not some cheap brand). Thanks for always taking care of our home system and what we need/want (as opposed to trying to get us to install something we don't want)! Terry is simply the best and the staff was so helpful too!
