They were AMAZING! Got here on time, took the time to ensure everything was done correctly, and still finished early!! The team was so nice and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I’m beyond grateful and would recommend Ava and team for all of your HVAC needs!
The Climate Company installed a new Heat & Air system. Work was completed in 8 hours. I would highly recommend contacting their company for all your Heat & Air services needed.

I've called this company over a dozen times and left countless voicemails and text messages, and they are not responsive at all! I was told they're short staffed, but why doesn't the company hire more people?! It seems that they don't want your business. I wouldn't recommend them unless you had to work with them.

He asked me to explain the problem and he kept me informed the entire time until he fixed the problem. My HVAC system and Thermostat are all working fine now. Drivers apparently drive dangerously like they’re drunk, but are in fact using their cell phones in their hands while driving. The phone doesn’t get answered & there’s no response. I wouldn’t recommend them just for these reasons.
As an update… Fidelity home warranty finally got their act together and provided the parts needed. The Climate company came out and installed everything and we are very happy with their work. Have been calling these people for weeks trying to get updated on a warranty claim and have made 6 calls and not one response! Absolutely unprofessional. In the meantime we have been without AC for 6 weeks with a 2 month old baby in the house. Not all their fault as I’m sure parts and Fidelity National home warranty are to blame, but at least the courtesy of calling back would be appreciated!

They arrived at the appointed time to do an HVAC checkup as recommended by my homeowners policy. I guess they did a remote checkup, since they didn’t go up on my roof. They requested I turn on my AC, which I did, although it was 64F in my house. I got a text about 20 min later stating that the checkup was done. I am not sure what happened, as I didn’t get a report other than the text saying I was ready for summer. I did find a box in my recycling bin when I was recycling my aluminum drink can. The bins had just been picked up and emptied that day, so the box of components really stood out. The box contained a thermostat with a battery still in it, and other non recyclable items. I have no issue with items being discarded in my bins, but not from other jobs, and not with batteries and electronics that cannot just be tossed, especially in the recycling bin! I object to that practice, and hope that The Climate Company will teach their employees that they should never just throw away electronic waste/batteries into recycling bins, nor should those items be discarded in the regular trash. I also would have appreciated a knock on the door stating that they were done. I’m a business owner and know how important client communication is. Maybe the next customer will find better service.
We were referred to The Climate Company by our home warranty company after our furnace failed and we were without heat. I contacted the company the next morning and although they were fully booked, Julie, the scheduler, worked diligently to find an available appointment for us. Ramon and Eva kept us advised of when they would arrive. They both were polite and professional and observed Covid protocols. Unfortunately, the replacement motor they had with them was the wrong part and the correct part had to be ordered because it was not in stock in the warehouse. It was ordered later that afternoon and arrived on Friday. Although they do not usually work on Saturdays an appointment was scheduled for us and Eva arrived at the time expected and installed the new part. We really appreciated that they made an exception for us and came on a Saturday. We would highly recommend this company and will request them for any future HVAC needs. We would definitely give The Climate Company 5 stars.
I HIGHLY recommend working with The Climate Company. Ramon and his daughter were very professional and explained options clearly. I felt I could trust them right away. Pablo and his coworker were a joy to have install both my furnace and AC. They came on an atmospheric river day and never complained about the cold or having to work in the rain. In fact, they sang as they worked which put a smile on my face. Clearly, they like their job. :) Ramon stopped by to make sure all was good. Everyone was polite, layed drop cloths where needed and made sure to clean up any mess. So glad First American Home Warranty chose them!!
Arrived on time, extremely professional. They were very helpful and explained every step. Very informative. Very knowledgeable in their profession. State of the art equipment. Very pleased with their work.
Not all heroes wear capes....this fantastic duo actually troubleshoots and repairs the issues. Everyone else suggested I get new units and spend thousands of dollars. My only regret is not finding this duo sooner, everyone else will waste your time and money. Thank you Ramon and Eva .. you guys are amazing!!

Ramon C from The Climate Company did a highly competant a/c repair, listened to me, and found reason for a broken part, when my homeowner insurers were denying me coverage because another company wasn't interested in finding the cause. My highest recommendation goes to Ramon and The Climate Company!!
