Hands down the best and friendliest customer service! Diel is great to work with and his crews are always hard workers and extremely respectful. If you need any HVAC work done- he’s your guy! The work is always done well and he communicates well. 👍

We have always loved having Diel to go to for our HVAC needs from when he was with Big Bear and now with the Chill Dude. He is very trustworthy and doesn’t try to sell you anything you don’t need like some other HVAC companies do. He and his technicians are very professional.
Living in Texas you're going to need AC service and if you're really smart you'll put this guys number in your phone. Now. From helping my old system live longer to bringing in a new system, Diel has been my guy for years. He should be yours! Responsive, professional, and none of the upsell BS. He's simply not like that. Honest work, honest prices. There when I've needed help. I'd never call anyone else!
They were fast to respond and came right out. They also didn’t try to upsell me in things I didn’t need. Definitely keeping their number to call again if I have another AC issue.

The Chill Dude's previous company Big Bear, installed a new system for me 4 years ago. He has been serving Frisco for many years and has a great reputation. Was glad to find him again. Honest, quality service. Personable and knowlegable techs.

We had 2 units (a 4 ton and a 3 ton) both die on us in July 2022 and got a few quotes that were extremely high (I think the highest quote we got was for nearly $40K). We finally found Diel from The Chill Dude and he was able to get both units, furnaces, fixed some of the ducting issues that had existed since the house was built, and installed returns in each of the bedrooms for around half the cost we had received from others. I highly recommend chatting with Diel, he is very friendly, honest, and great to work with. He took the time to slow down and explain things to me and show me the internals of how things worked, which I really appreciated.
The owner responded very quickly to my questions even though it was after normal business hours. The technician that came out. Esequiel, was very polite. He explained what he was doing and took pictures to show me an issue he found. Since the needed part was under warranty he explained how they would file the warranty claim for me. Very happy with The Chill Dude.
Our AC was not working and our home was 80 degrees. I called The Chill Dude and got a call back in about an hour. A technician was scheduled to come out the following day. He was on time, courteous, professional and excellent at communicating the nature of our issue. He had the part available and fixed it on the spot. Our home began cooling immediately. He was also able to get us a quote for possible future work he was able to diagnose while fixing our issue. We are very thankful and will be using The Chill Dude again.
Great service. The technician notified me of his estimated arrival time when he was enroute. He was professional, knowledgeable, thoroughly examined our HVAC units, and efficiently made the necessary repairs. I appreciate that he did not try to sell additional or unnecessary services. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
UPDATE: I talked to the owner, Diel, earlier today. He acknowledged that, based on some things that were discovered during the initial inspection, they probably should've recommended something more than just adding freon. (Personally, in the past on another unit, I've had a slow leak that was easily fixed simply by adding freon -- so the original suggestion was something I've known to work in the past). Anyway, he quickly pulled together a team to fully replace the coils early tomorrow morning and I'm confident things will be much cooler after that's replaced. With a slight discount based on what I've already paid (and the minor inconvenience) it appears they're turning a minor mishap into a major win for customer satisfaction. In advance, I'm changing the rating to 5 stars. They acknowledged the problem and are quickly working to fix it. Thanks! ----------------------- original review: AC blowing warm air. Refilled freon and unclogged condensate line. Was told coils had a leak but it was a slow leak and this should run for quite a while until coils got worse. Two days later, AC blowing hot air again. 80 degrees at 1pm and getting hotter. $460 for one day of cooling ... at least my condensate line is clear... 🙄 Really, my only complaint is they guessed at how bad the leak was. If they would've just said, "yep, the coil is dead ... you need a new one ...". I would've had them replace it. (after verifying a warranty issue) But still, would've been no need for the $200 in freon that apparently washed down the drain. Not happy. 1 Star on this visit.

Diel and his company are a pleasure to deal with. They came in and resolved many issues that another company could not. We had been having issues with a new install of a brand new unit from a year ago, continued to failed city inspections on multiple occasions, not running efficiently, increased electric bill after the new install, etc.... The other company came out 6 or 7 times to resolve many of these issues and could not. Diel was able to diagnose all of the issues in one visit and on a second visit his crew was able to fix them all. OUTSTANDING service!! Very much appreciated!!!
