Peter and his team installed our unit 1 years ago, and both during the installation and since they have been extremely responsive and helpful. This week we had a slight problem with our heating, and a team member came out 5:30pm Friday in the rain to put in the new part! Since we were still under warranty, the visit and the cost of the part were covered. We very highly recommend them and are so happy that we selected them.
