I have been a very satisfied customer for many years and Best A/C once again provided fast, professional service. I called Chris and my unit was repaired and maintained within hours. I would highly recommend Best A/C. Thanks Chris and Nick for once again exceeding my expectations.
This is an amazing company. Rory was very professional and performed his job well during a thorough maintenance inspection and cleaning of A/C system.
Best Air Conditioner came out on a Sunday as my air conditioner was not cooling. Chris informed me that the unit needed Freon. He charged me $800 for Freon and $280 for a service charge. I was surprised by the Freon cost, so my friends reached out to other companies that they used. All of the other companies stated that Best Air ripped me off and took advantage of me. At most, the Freon should have cost $400. When I complained, they took off $60. I was so disappointed. I need a new unit, and I would have used them if they had treated me fairly. Even the new AC unit quote was $2000 more than their competitors. Lastly, since they knew I was displeased about the cost, they tried to rectify it by waiving the entire service call bill if I purchased a new unit. I could not do business with Best Air as the trust was broken, and the quote they gave me for a new AC unit was also ridiculously high. Also, I have never written a bad review, but this was so unethical that I felt I owed it to other consumers.

I decided to use “BEST” AIR cONDITION hCOMPANY, as my sister, had her 5 ton AC unit installed by them last year, and she highly recommended them. Chris, the owner, was knowledgeable and his installers, Nick and Rodrigo, were excellent and highly professional. His front end office staff, “Tiffany”, filed all the paperwork, including warranty and rebates, with YORK. She made the process, very easy, for me. I might add that Chris, followed up and addressed any and all of my concerns post installation. This company, strives for customer satisfaction and their goal is to make the process easy , and to keep you KOOL. If you need of a AC company, I highly recommend “BEST AIR”!!
Best Air Conditioning replaced my Lennox 3 1/2 ton complete system with York 3 1/2 ton complete system, they removed all old ductwork and drops and replaced with new. I couldn't be happier with their work and prices. Very professional, courteous and trustworthy. Would not hesitate to refer them to others and have. 5 star company!

This is was the best experience with an A/C installation my wife and I have ever experienced. After an uncomfortable weekend, we decided on 4/13/20 to have a new unit installed. We gave the job to Chris the owner of Best Air Conditioning Co. and he was able to do our install two days later on 4/15/20. The install crew was professional, courteous and had our new unit installed in one day as promised !! We interviewed three A/C companies and felt the reliability and warranty of York couldn't be beat. Call Best A/C you'll be glad you did. We give Best A/C Company - 5 STARS
