As difficult as it is to find dependable, honest, timely, last minute help on the internet, I was blessed to have done so. I live in Charlotte, NC however my uncle who is a double amputee Vet had no heat when the weather was extremely cold a few weeks ago. I called Basement Pros & this young voice answered & I was like darn, this is not going to end well. Jamal went to my uncle's home late that evening, surveyed the troubled unit, stayed in communication with me, sent pictures of the unit, & even checked on his well being. The unit was repaired the next day with the same perfect service, another wellness check in on my uncle, and we were all happy...and warm. Jamal, THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for taking care of my uncle. Jamal responded to an emergency at 9:00 pm on a Friday night. He was over on a flash to help find our cat that we thought was in our duct. He was kind, professional and fast and super reasonably priced. I would leave more stars if I could. Thank you Jamal!
The service was excellent but what I like most is the same day service. I called multiple different companies and everyone kept saying it was a 2 to 7 day wait. Basement Pros came out same day and fix my unit within no time. I just recommended you guys to my pastor so be looking out for a phone call!
Excellent skilled professional. Had a huge flood in my basement because of a broken pressure valve on the hot water tank. He cleaned and restored the basement. Fixed the clogged sewer drain, and did a full inspection, and got the job done asap.
