Sam got out of his way to help us out with our AC unit in a short notice.. Thank you; price and service was excellent.
Friday my tenants call me and let me know the AC is not working on a rental we own off East Bear Creek in Merced. I send out an AC repairman with that we have worked with for years. They tell me my compressor is out and that I would need to replace it which would have been thousands of dollars for a new rooftop compressor. While I was waiting for a quote my tenants were roasting on a 110 degree day. The very next morning I look through google listings for an AC repair man and call AC doctor to get a second opinion. He comes out within a hour and diagnoses the system. He finds the compressor fan is siezed up and replaces the fan and puts on a new capacitor. It fixed the whole problem for $710 instead of $5,000+ dollars. I immediately called the other company that mis diagnosed the problem to let them know they should have figured out what was wrong instead of trying to scam me to buy a new system. I immediately deleted them out of my contacts and added AC doctor. Thanks AC Doctor!!!

Sam is an honest, reliable, and professional contractor — he will go above and beyond to help meet your needs and whether it is a small repair, inspection or assess a problem. We have called on him several times for minor and major issues and he never fails us. He will always take the time to help or trouble shoot. Sam was able to fix my old unit without a problem after two other pros couldn't. He encouraged me to standby and see what he was doing. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I will be calling Air Dr for all my HVAC needs from now on. Thank you sir.
Woke up to hot air called around and no one was available til Monday and the air doctor saved the day. He made time to come by and service my ac with a great price and great attitude. I would recommend to anyone needing any type of hvac needs. If I could give more than 5starts I def would!!! Thanks again
Our AC unit went out Friday night and Sam was able to come out on Saturday and save the day! We are a military family and integrity and honesty means the most to us. He helped us find a fix without pushing on a sell of a new AC unit. Even if we do have to replace down the line, Sam will definitely be our first call! Thank you.
The Air Doctor for A/C from Winton. 104 🥵 today and We saw a review on this place. He came to Merced on time within an hour and got it up and running immediately. He spoke honestly to my husband as he knows this stuff. Another part coming tomorrow. Sam was Polite to the property and our dog. We will have him for our heater come this fall. GIVE HIM A TRY
My ac was not working yesterday. Sam had availability same day and was able to come out. He was honest and transparent. Explained what he saw and had reasonable prices for an emergency fix. I would definitely recommend his services.
I've used Sam twice this past year for the repair of the HVAC at a couple of my parents' rental properties. He has gone out of his way make himself available at the times that work for the tenants and has been very quick to diagnose and repair the systems. He is also incredibly fair with his service fees. Sam is amazing!!!! He did an awesome job!!! He was on time and explained everything he was doing. He works evenings so I didn't have to take time off of work to get my AC fixed. He had my unit working in no time. The Air Doctor Heating and Air is highly recommended and I will be calling Sam with all my HVAC needs.

Sam did an amazing job I needed an old propane hot water tank taken out and a new electric one put in he came right when I called and hooked everything up fantastic looks and works amazing definitely will be having him put in our new Heat and air unit when we change it out

Our AC unit on our house took a dump. I contacted Sam at this business. He was on time, friendly, thorough, kind enough to explain what was happening. He had us working again in a matter of minutes. He is very fairly priced and is highly recommended by me.
Called the air doctor spoke with Samuel Matthews. He was able to come see what was wrong with my AC unit within 2-3 hours that same day. I have little ones and was getting super worried we weren’t going to have cool air. But he definitely found the problem and fix it! Also was super Professional. I will definitely be referring him to all my friends and family! Also thank you for explaining everything you were doing!
This man is GOD SENT! I locked my keys, purse, thank phone in my car while it was running… and just happen to see him leaving my neighbors house. I asked for help and he delivered!!!! He wouldn’t even take money from me so the least I could do was leave a review! Such a great person, I’m so greatful he was near to help! And it wasn’t a easy task, but he was so determined! This isn’t even in his line of work, but that didnt stop him. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I was a wreck and don’t know what I would have done without him!

The air doctor heating and air service my air conditioner and did an outstanding job. He was on time and within 30 minutes my AC was working. He was very professional and reliable when I was experiencing AC problems on the hottest day. Thank You for your service !!!!
