This was our first experience with The Air Conditioning Guy, and we are very pleased. I quickly and easily made an appointment online and received a confirmation text and email within seconds. The day of the appointment (just two days after scheduling), Hugo called to confirm and let us know his ETA. When he arrived, Hugo quickly detected the problem with our AC unit and was able to fix it within minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and even wore shoe covers to keep our floors clean. While he worked quickly, he also took the time to explain what was going on with our unit and how we could clean it in between service calls. In under an hour he completed the job and our AC was fixed. Will definitely recommend The Air Conditioning Guy to family and friends!

Hugo arrived on time, was very friendly and professional. He took time to explain what he was doing during the A/C maintenance and was very thorough. I highly recommend the business and have been using them for years.
I want to give them 10 stars! My parents are elderly and need a warm house. This past winter, Hugo checked our system when our furnace started making loud banging noises. He assured us that it was working but on its last legs (furnace was 40+ years old). He never pressured us, just gave us a couple possible replacement proposals when we asked. Since I asked, he also patiently explained in detail the calculations for various options regarding our home CFM situation. We waited until slightly warmer weather to call him back. Juan came in and worked hard to do a top-notch installation -- one that we absolutely love. He accommodated my parents' health restrictions during the construction by changing his working hours and closing rooms to keep the noise & dust level down. He set up & cleaned up daily. Juan is courteous, professional, and detail oriented. He went above and beyond during the whole installation. There were some legacy holes in our attic from even older heating systems that they covered for free when they found them. We will definitely call The Air Conditioning Guys to come back for any and all future heating & cooling needs.

We've used Manny and the Air Conditioning Guy technicians for years and they're the only company we'll use. Very friendly and we've never been upcharged or surprised with extra costs.
Contacted them because my heating system was shutting off. Repairman looked at everything and clearly explained what the possible causes were. The inspection fee was quoted up front when I first contacted them and repairman did not add charges based on what he found. Found them trustworthy and will continue to use for yearly HVAC maintenance.

Hugo our technician was timely, professional and very transparent with all the work that he performed. He took the time to explain everything so that it was easy for me to understand. Hugo was very thorough in testing out each component in our HVAC system and gave us multiple solutions to our problem, which fit our budget. He is providing us with a detailed invoice of the work completed with photos along with his recommendations for the future. I would highly recommend this company and Hugo specifically. He was also bilingual and spoke Spanish which is a major plus. Thank you Air Conditioning Guy and thank you Hugo! Highly recommended!!!
Wish I could give more stars, Juan and Hugo did an amazing job! My old AC unit was starting to die out and the ducts ran under the house. We decided to get a new unit and have it moved to the attic. I got a few estimates and decided to go with The AC Guy, Best decision ever! These guys were professional, kept me informed every step of the way, were considerate of us working from home while they worked. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get some air conditioning work done!
I *HIGHLY RECOMMEND* their services and can't say enough good things about the work Hugo did. Our AC went out during this crazy heat wave and he was able to squeeze me in his schedule due to a cancelation. Upon initial inspection, our AC unit was in working order, but the wiring wasn't done properly. Hugo quickly redid the wiring and the AC turned back on as soon as we plugged it in. 5 Stars!!!

Hugo was very thorough, hard-working, pleasant, and courteous. He went the extra mile to get our AC working during the heat wave, despite having a packed schedule. He also worked hard to save us money. Highly recommended!

Very professional and thorough. They could have convinced me to replace the entire compressor but they didn’t. They replaced only the parts required to get the system up and running.
