The A/C company was great! Rick and his crew scheduled the work to replace our Evaporative Cooler with Refrigerated Air. They were quick, efficient, polite, and professional. They found an efficient and cost effective way to utilize an existing 220V circuit so that minimal changes were required to our electrical system. They installed the new system, allowed me to do some of the work to reduce cost and did all the ducting work in the crawl space. The A/C is now working perfectly and we are completely satisfied with the work accomplished. Rick was great as was his entire crew. Would recommend them any time for similar work.
From start to finish The Air Conditioning Company and it’s professional staff made the install go very smoothly Thank again
This review is the complement the professionalism and diligence displayed by Jo/Josephine in servicing our Freus Geothermal Air Conditioner system installed in our home. Her attention to detail, friendly disposition and diligence is second to none in the service we have received. We have used the Air Conditioning company and have known the owners, Rick & Phyllis (recently deceased) Baccus, for close to 20 years. We converted from evaporative cooling to our current system in 2012 and are annually involved in the company's SMART program. But like any mechanical system problems do develop when you need the comforts of a/c the most - in the hottest summer months. Over the years, Rick has employed a number of different service technicians. Overall the company's response time to our problems has been timely and most of the technicians were adequate. However, the company's current technician, Jo/Josephine is the most professional and the best we have had. She truly enjoys her work and treats are equipment as her own. Since working on our system, she has labeled a number of the components for future reference, cleaned up some sloppy wiring bundles created by previous technicians and just displayed professionalism in every phase of servicing our needs. She treats her positron as a career and not just job which makes a difference. With Jo customer service and satisfaction is the highest priority. Again, we thank you Jo, Rick and the entire support staff to being excellent customer support in servicing our cooling and heating requirements.
Josephine, an A/C Company Technician, spent several hours on my roof during a hot, humid sunny day last week in order to isolate and successfully repair a tricky rainfall run-off issue that had successfully evaded all previous attempts from other colleagues to locate it in a newer five-ton a/c-gas furnace rooftop unit. She was perseverant - to say the very least! Thank you, 'Jo'! And THANK YOU Richard Bacchus, and your entire staff for being such a responsive and reliable HVAC provider. Well done! This place advertises that they will come out to do a diagnostic test and tell you exactly what is wrong with your AC unit for $69 plus tax. After that, they said that they would have a plan as to what needs to be done and how much it will cost. Well, yesterday Daniel came out and "ran" his diagnostic (he just looked at it, which my husband and I had already done) and told us that didn't know what was wrong with it, we got no definitive answer. But he would have to run "other" tests with additional costs, then possibly then he could tell us what is wrong. He thought that we may have a leak, but couldn't tell us without running another test that would cost us more. Each test had it's own additional price. So their initial "diagnostic" fee that checks for everything is really just a trip or service call fee. If you want to know what is wrong with your unit, you are going to pay anywhere from $100 to $1000 more and then you have to pay for your additional costs to fix it. I have never had a company do that. We figured we would give them a try, but now regret it because they charged us about $76ish (with tax) to tell us absolutely nothing. Total false advertisement on their website and their commercials. Be very careful if you call them to help you. So today, we had another company come out and it was a simple fix. If The Air Conditioning Company would have run a true "diagnostic" test would have detected this. We called the company, and talked to the front desk person and she said that Daniel told us there was a leak. Daniel never said "There is a leak," Daniel said, "There could be a leak, but I don't know, I would have to run a test to tell me if there is or isn't a leak for an additional cost." I would like my $76ish refunded.
