Good morning Bossier/ Shreveport Peeps! We moved here from Austin Texas less than a year ago. My husband and I are builders and I personally have an extensive background in HVAC , Plumbing and Electrical company management and consulting. With that being said, I know a dang good company when I meet one. I cannot say enough positive things about The Ac and Heating Doctor. I purchased a beautiful fixer up in Shreveport and needed to have the system diagnosed. I had the pleasure of meeting with the owner and his team. After a fantastic conversation I hired him for the full system change out of my home! When I say this company has it together and puts the client's needs as a high priority, I really mean it! The absolute professionalism of his team and their communication is very impressive. Pricing is on point for affordability and quality! If you do not already have a favorite company chosen. I highly recommend giving them a call! The importance of maintaining your HVAC system is equal to the maintenance of your cars engine and finding someone you can trust is usually the hardest part! 10/10 recommend giving them a call! __ oh and don't forget to talk to the AC Doc about your indoor air quality and the effects on your health! They have solutions that would shock you! ***** five star service!
I had this company come out and do the maintenance on our unit as well as clean our air duct system. They found that my blower wheel was very dirty (as seen in picture) so I had them clean it as well. When I got home yesterday, my husband had the a/c on. The house was so cool and the air was blowing much harder than before. I was astonished how much a dirty blower wheel and dirty air ducts kept my unit from performing at its max capacity. I also have been waking up every morning coughing and sneezing. This morning, NO coughing and NO sneezing. Praise the Lord! I HIGHLY recommend this company!
This company is friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. Mr. Williams went above and beyond to help us keep air conditioning while our new unit was being installed. I highly recommend this business. We have now added our primary home to their service. So very happy to have found them.
My company used AC & Heat Doctor to service all HVAC System for two apartment properties. They also cleaned the a/c duct. Their cost was very reasonable and lower than other companies. They were very professional, polite and thorough and did a great job. I also hired them to clean my A/C ducts at my home. I would definitely recommend them for any AC work that's needed.
I needed a new AC unit so a friend referred me to Paul. He came out the same day I called and a week later I received my new unit! Him and his team are very professional, knowledgeable and responsive!
Paul took it upon himself to come out on a Sunday after I called that morning to describe my downstairs heating problem. Although I had been told by another AC/Heating company and a Centerpoint energy tech that the gas I was smelling in my backyard was fine, Paul felt uneasy and came out to investigate. He identified the importance of the situation and immediately cut off the unit safeguarding my children and myself and stopping the outrageous gas bills. The repair necessary was completed in a very timely manner and with expertise and efficiency. I will refer all my future AC/heating needs to him and his company as well as refer to my friends. EXCELLENT experience.
The team was extremely friendly and knowledgable. They explained the process and took videos of the ducts/vents to show the dust. They were very professional and would definitely recommend using this company!
AMAZING!! Ihad been looking for an honest/reputable knowledgable repairman for a while. I can honestly say---I found one! They called ahead of time. Arrived on time and performed the necessary repairs quickly and professionally. I HIGHLY recommend!
First time we’ve had this company preform work for us. They did an excellent job, and we are very satisfied with their service. They were very efficient, used up to date tools, and kept us well informed. They treated my family and home with the up most respect. Would recommend them to any who need this service in the future.
These guys were great. They responded to our warranty claim in record time and came right out. They got that issue fixed and returned to clean our system in the midst of a storm. Both guys were clean and professional. They did an amazing job on getting our system up and running. I would definitely recommend them over and over.
Mr Paul and his assistant BJ showed up bright and early with smiles and positive attitudes. Easy going and just a joy to be around. They walked me through all they would be doing today to clean my vents and ducts. Very informative and detailed oriented. Customer service skills on point and after being in the customer service field for the last 35 years, I will say he is old school customer service oriented. Now a days people act like they are doing you a favor by doing the job they are paid for. Not these two gentlemen, they work with pride, and have excellent skills in this field. Yes it takes several hours, but when you are looking at the magnitude of work they are doing, well it took far less time then I thought. They are very concerned with keeping your home clean and placed plastic sheeting where the work would be occuring. Their pricing is very fair and very competitive. I had research several places when I found them. And I am beyond pleased with the work they did. For all my future heat and air needs, I will be calling them back and suggesting to all my friends and family.
