I generally don’t write reviews, but I can’t say enough about the AC boys. There customer service is outstanding!! And Customer service is the only thing that differentiates companies from one another these days. And you will not find a better price on any AC unit anywhere. My power went out at 8:30PM this evening. Came back on a few minutes later but AC unit was Malfunctioning. So I text Charlie from AC boys at 8:35 PM, by 8:40 PM Charlie “CALLED”- not text me back, and this is not the first time. A few years ago I had a similar situation. Power went out, came back on.Clock said 6:30 PM, a bit after hours, but OK, I text Charlie and again Charlie CALLED me back a few minutes later, but it was not 6:30 PM, the power has been out for four hours, It was 10:30 PM. Give them a call first, before you make a big mistake with someone else.

I would highly recommend this company. They were super efficient and professional. They are also very honest and extremely reasonable. They were able to clean our unit and it looks amazing and new. They worked quickly and quietly. We will be using them in the future to service our unit. Thank you!
I originally found A/C Boys via Google Search a couple of years ago. Since then, Charles and his teammate consistently provide prompt, professional and friendly service. They are highly skilled and operate with integrity. If I ever need assistance with an A/C issue, I don't hesitate to call the A/C Boys.

I have been dealing with Charlie with A/C boys for over 5 years now and every time my unit has an issue or for maintenance he always takes care of it fast and efficient. As a homeowner I have had to deal with many contractors, plumbers, etc. and I can honestly say that A/C boys ALWAYS answers my call or text and ALWAYS come out ASAP. Charles from AC Boys was immediately responsive when I called Friday evening after 5 PM. After consultation, we scheduled service for Saturday morning. He and another technician came out promptly the next day and provided great service. They provided a plan to fix and maintain my AC unit for the long-term and displayed a high knowledge of their trade as well as personal integrity.

Charlie & his team got back to me quickly and were able to come and provide service the very next day! They fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. I’ve used AC Boys several times and have always had a great experience. Today was no different.
I have used The AC Boys twice for emergency calls and both times they have SAVED THE DAY with fixing my problems. They are professional, and always do their best to get to you as quickly as they can. Both times I’ve called they have fixed the issue quickly and both times I was able to sleep with air conditioning. Excellent value, 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
