These folks know their stuff.....even with uncommon requests like tankless water heater diagnosis and repair. Their competition quote over $1300 for a simple $150 diagnosis and repair. WELL DONE!!! Professional!!! Understanding!!!! On time!!!!!! , and completely recommended!!!! Thayer Mechanical has my business for any future related purchases or service needs!

I've worked with Joel Thayer for a few years now and I'm impressed with his knowledge, his integrity and quality of his work. Fair prices also!! I use him at my personal home and my rental properties to service my HVAC. He's also installed a new furnace at one of my rentals and installed a new gas line for me during my home renovation. I've been pleased with everything he's done.

My furnace went out 2 days before Christmas- Joel got my furnace up and running with no up front charge so I had heat for the weekend and allowed me to decide if I wanted to repair or replace my system. I decided I needed to replace my system and Joel replaced my system for a very fair price, it is amazing the difference a quality install makes- I was still under a maintenance contract with an old company who was no help and when they came out to maintain it this spring they said it was the most quality, professional install of a system and they said even their installs aren’t as great as Joel’s was. A true testament to his quality and work ethic. Definitely glad I called based on others recommendations because Joel is the real deal! Exceptional customer service, excellent workmanship and pride in his business!
Great Company! I called my "go to company" and they didn't know how to fix my boiler. I then posted on a local fb group for boiler repair referrals. Mr. Thayer replied. Called his office and was able to get same day service. He had my boiler dx and fixed in no time. He walked me through his process while looking it over. My husband and I both learned a little more about our home. We really appreciated his willingness to teach. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will use this company again. Extremely Grateful. We have heat!
