Update 6/19/23: I received a call from Wesley the manager and he was very apologetic and corrected this situation. Mistakes happen but he took ownership of it and made it right. This demonstrates integrity on all levels and restored my confidence in doing business with the company. As a homeowner honest and reliable companies are important to the maintenance of your home. I am very pleased with the outcome and will continue to be a customer. I used this company for maintenance of a system installed in 2018. A part needed to be replaced. At first he said the part wasn't covered despite the paperwork saying "all parts" and then he said Trane doesn't transfer warranties after selling the home which is a lie. The person who serviced my unit signed my name on the invoice saying I checked the work and agree with the estimate. I was never given an upfront price when I asked over the phone and in person I was given a ball park price but nothing in writing. I also didn't inspect anything as the part was an internal competent. So I was shocked to see my signature was forged when I asked for a receipt, which was emailed to me after he left. The receipt was not itemized so I didn't know what I was being charged for. All of this made me feel uneasy and like I was being take advantage of. This situation taught me how to handle thes hiring someone in the future but due to my overall experience I do not recommend.
I cannot express how happy I am to have found Texas Pride air conditioning and heating! I was with one local AC and heating company since 2016 but unfortunately I did not have a great experience with one of their technicians so it was time to part ways. I was so stressed out with trying to research reputable trustworthy companies that weren't going to take advantage of my situation of needing a new AC unit. I set up some estimates with a couple of companies and just did not feel comfortable with anyone or with what they were trying to offer until I found Texas Pride. Corey and Geoff came by to do a very thorough assessment of my AC needs took measurements of my home, did a walk through etc. Afterwards we all sat down (even my puppy joined the discussion) and they explained everything to a 'T', provided me with different options and answered all of my questions. They were very respectful, kind and patient. I appreciated that they treated me as a person and not a sale. They even treated my puppy with such sweetness and kindness. It's really hard to find that intimate customer service care nowadays when everyone is so busy and stressed out. Texas pride is that type of business that makes you feel like part of the family. Needless to say, I went through with purchasing my new AC unit with them. Kenny and Corey were very attentive and reached out to see when the installation would work with my busy schedule. These men had such patience with me! sometimes it's hard to get me on the phone due to my job but they we're caring enough to send gentle reminders since this heat wave was coming! Not too many businesses are going to do that! Bethanie contacted me to provide information on financing and she was a gem as well. Gage and his team were there right on time for installation day. Gage and his team installed a new hvac system. They were on time, courteous and completed the install in a timely manner. This was my first time using this company for HVAC and they will be my go to HVAC company going forward. They came out to inspect and diagnose the issue and sent a detailed estimate within 48 hours. After the estimate was approved the installation was scheduled in a timely manner. Overall the process was smooth and transparent, and it’s obvious they take pride in their work.
From A-Z Texas Pride makes you feel good about a bad situation. In our case, the furnace burned out. Wesley demonstrated an extremely Friendly and professional approach in combination with a Quick turnaround at a great price!! We’ll definitely be referring friends and family to Texas Pride.
Texas pride far exceeded my expectations! when they say they have 100% customer satisfaction Guaranteed they truly stand behind that. Anytime I needed something done after the install they came back for even the smallest request. Their warranty made me feel absolutely protected on my investment because they gave a longer warranty than any of the other bids I received. I recommend this to all of my friends and family.
We have the maintenance package with this company so they will come out twice a year to check things out for us. This spring our 3rd floor was struggling to cool. Wasn’t sure if it was a damper issue or not. Geoffrey came out on time, was professional, trouble shooted the issue, and had the replacement part in his truck. we were fixed in no time. Several friends in my neighborhood use this same company and have for long time. We will continue to use these guys as our go to when AC problems arise.

I could write a book about trying to find an AC repair company that we could trust and were confident in their knowledge. A friendly voice called to set up our appointment which was sooner than I was expecting. I apologize for not remembering her name but she was pleasant and helpful. Our technician, Geoffrey was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable. Price was very fair. It’s not often I’d feel confident recommending a company to someone but I would not hesitate to suggest Texas Pride to anyone. They are doing something other companies should take lessons from.
