Today Mr. Moe S.,came out and helped me figure out what happened to my AC unit. Moe was very informative and also gave suggestions to help my unit run better. I was very satisfied with the service I received today.

Their business was so good. Lily really followed up, called me back and so was Erica. The guys came in and did a great job fixing my upstairs unit. They were professional and kind. I highly recommend them. This a really good company.
Adam was assigned to my job, arrived on time, quickly identified and corrected the issue. Checked everything else that could be a potential problem and didn't find any additional issues. American Homeshield Warranty assigned Texas HVAC Repair to check out my AC that wasn’t working. The tech who came and checked my AC unit named Cody was extremely professional and prompt! Piece of mind is everything when it comes to AC issues in this Texas heat! Would definitely recommend Texas HVAC

Our technician, Adam, called and let me know he was on his way and would be here in about 45 minutes. He arrived right on time and along with his assistant got to work assessing the problem. They were able to identify the issue and took care of it right away. Adam also explained the issue to me in terms I could easily understand. We’ve had some not so great experiences with technicians in the past and this was a breath of fresh air. Our home is now much cooler!

Moe is an awesome technician. He is very courteous and explains what caused the issue and all the work he has done to repair it. He came after hours just to make sure my HVAC system is running correctly and that I was comfortable in my home.

Our service tech, Alex, was THE most knowledgeable person that we have had in our home over the past 30 years! Not only did he know what he was talking about, he explained the situation to us in a manner that both my husband and I completely understood. We are both in our 80’s and were comfortable having him in our home and completely trust all that he told us about our air conditioning unit and the repairs that we are having done.
