This is a long overdue review (sorry David!) but I can't say enough good things about Texas Cool One. My husband and I bought a new house that needed a lot of different repairs. David and his employee (whose name escapes me, sorry to him too! he was great) were the most efficient, most professional, and easiest to deal with of anyone we have had out to the house, no contest. We kept saying that we wished everyone we'd hired was as good as them! David will get you on the books fast, get you a quote, make a plan, and get the work done exactly the way you've asked for. What more can you want? We had ALL our ducting replaced and all vents cleaned and replaced, and I think it took us a couple weeks total to go from first calling for a quote to having it all totally finished. David also helped us out by spotting an issue with our AC's drain, way outside of what he works on, and proactively talked to us and our plumber about making sure it got fixed so it wouldn't end up flooding the place. Well, the plumber didn't actually get to it fast enough, and it did overflow in the meantime. I called David semi-panicking about what to do and he helped me figure it out even though that was absolutely not his responsibility and our job with him was already done. He didn't have to do that, but he did, and I really appreciate it. If we ever need any HVAC work in the future we will absolutely be calling Texas Cool One again!
This guy will sell you a bill of goods and then you get somthingvcompletley different put mismatched ac units in our house after sell8ng us a job for 3000 more than the next guy . He used off-hand name equipment and it's been nothing but trouble . Forgot to hook up the condensation dreianline in attack and water leaked thru the ceiling causing damage
Quick response time and great service for a fair price! He came same day with our AC was working too! 100% recommend!
He was out here cleaning my ac unit inside and out, very professional, very friendly, and very easy to work with. Was able to accommodate what I needed and on a very short notice. I highly recommend him and his company!!!
