Emerson and his father came out to replace a residential AC component under manufacturer warranty - they were both great! They were flexible and responsive in scheduling, worked with me to understand the process for repair, and got the AC working better than before. Their price was fair, well below what I was quoted from another local company. I'll be calling him back next summer to help me look into an AC duct issue that's been bugging us!
