I have used Texas Best for 4 years now and am extremely happy. The prior companies I used seemed to not know what they were doing and caused more stress, damage and worry than I had started with. When Texas Best was referred to me I was so grateful. They came on time, communicated clearly and did what they said they would do. They knew exactly what needed to happen for my AC unit. In fact, they found the reason my AC was draining freon and not heating properly. The installation of the unit was done incorrectly and Texas Best fixed it and explained the whole problem clearly. Texas Best stands behind their work and do not 'rush' to fix something. They also do not send uneducated, uncertified people that you cannot communicate with. Their techs are professionals and present themselves very professionally. Texas Best is the first AC company I feel really cares, and they are very educated in their trade. As long as they are in business, they will have my business.
