Everyone was prompt, knowledgeable and professional
I usually do not write reviews on companies unless its a negative one, but the outstanding quality and customer service provided by Texas Air Mechanical was phenomenal. Their team made the entire process completely effortless and worry free. I called Texas Air Mechanical on a Friday evening, and the owner made it a point to dispatch a technician on the very next day. The technician arrived to our house early for the HVAC repair that I needed. The tech was extremely courteous, professional, and well versed in his craft. This young man's competence left me speechless. I'm must say I was thoroughly impressed with with his service and expertise. As if their flawless service call wasn't enough, the owner Juan personally came out to ensure his techs were providing a five star experience. I have never experienced anything else like it. I mean who does that??? Their pricing was very reasonable, and the estimate they provided were spot on for the job we had done. Thank you very much Juan and Rosie! Its hard to find companies that take care of business and customers the way they do! I highly recommend!
They were great, no pressure and were 100%satisfied with crew and owner. gave me options and let me pick, they were respectful and cleaned everything up. I can't say enough good things about them.
safety is number one right now. James was beyond professional and courteous and from the start let me know exactly what he was doing and why. He was friendly and extremely thorough and knowledgeable . I have used other companies but never been as at ease as I was with this company.
We have been using TAM for years and are always satisfied with their work. We get our unit serviced in the Spring and Fall to get a cleaning and just to make sure everything’s ok. Recently last month we had some work done to our daughters room to help get it cooler. We were very impressed with the work done and what a difference in the room! She’s very happy! Thank you TAM! I don't leave a lot of reviews but thought this was a worthy example of a good business. I needed a complete home Heat and AC replacement. The price was right (I had 4 estimates) and the time was right as they were able to help me on my schedule. Warranty is good on both the parts and labor which of course I hope I never need. Technicians were friendly and open to questions and information. I'm a retired licensed Journeyman electrician and expect quality work. I got it.
