Good company, came out same day and installed a new system the next day. They where quick, affordable and respectful.
Technician when he came, he tried to force me to buy a unit part of unit I don’t need it, and he give me a very high rate

Jeff actually was able to arrive onsite a day earlier than originally committed to and get us cool air within 30 minutes. This was our second experience using Texan and we have been very pleased with each encounter. Would highly recommend for service or system replacement.
The guys came in introduced Themselves got to work and boy it was hot. They were done by noon, showed me exactly what they did Real professional all the way !!
Would not recommend. Technician spent less than 15 minutes looking at my AC unit to determine there was nothing wrong with it. Two additional technicians later on in the week from two independent companies both found the evaporator coil was leaking oil and needed to be replaced along with the TXV. Texan Heating and Air seems to be about collecting the service fee and nothing else.
The technician showed up on time, was professional, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. 10/10 would recommend!

No need to go anywhere else for HVAC support. I've used Texan three times and every time they have been super knowledgeable, helpful and priced well. They are so supportive that they (Jeff) talked with me on the phone to help troubleshoot my issues. On the latest occasion, he even came by (on one of his evenings he wasn't working) to help troubleshoot my issue when the temperature was 100+. After helping me figure out it wasn't my ac unit but my thermostat, he checked in later that evening after i installed the new one to make sure my family and I were back with ac. I don't know of any businesses that are this helpful. 6/5 stars.

Update 6/11/23: we used this company for a repair on the system they installed in 2021. We love these guys! They are honest, prompt, courteous and professional. Solved our problem with the least cost. These guys are our go-to for AC! Original review: Jeff (the owner) and Zeke (the guy who did the work) were both helpful, polite, very informative, answered all our questions patiently, and were here exactly as they promised. They were also the company that was able to show up the quickest to get us out of the summer heat inside our house, as well as the company with the most affordable prices. Would absolutely recommend and use them again!!
Our service call took a total of 15 minutes! Our tech was able to diagnose the problem and replace the part needed and got us up and running right away. I would recommend 10/10
The man came out because my hvac was blowing warm air, they responded very quickly and fixed the problem right away. I did have a question about the prices, but Jeff called me and explained the costs of everything. I now understand , ty so much for the call.
Zeke was very professional, worked diligently to service our AC unit and was knowledgeable about how to help our AC unit work as efficiently as possible.

23 year old units finally gave up the ghost and these hard workin' fellas got the job done in a day. Price was competitive and the house feels fantastic.
We needed our gas heater inspected last minute to be licensed for foster care. They came out super quick and were professional and nice. Would recommend.
