The plumbers were expert and efficient. They flushed our water tank, unplugged a slow drain, and fixed a slow leak in a toilet.

I called Monday morning to set up an inspection. My information was taken down and I was told I would be contacted. I did not get a call so I called back Tuesday. The older woman I explained this to rudely told me that they don't go to my area. I stated I was given their information and confirmed on their website that they do before I called. She then stated that she was attempting to be as polite as possible but that the website was made some time ago and that they do not have the staff to serve my area. This was all stated in a nasty tone despite her assurance of trying to be polite. If you don't have the staff to service an area tell me that on my first call instead of wasting an entire day, the first person I spoke to should have known that when I gave her my information. The second woman was just plain rude and shouldn't be working customer service. I understand staff shortages, I don't understand rude/incompetent staff.
I experienced timely and appropriate communication both in scheduling ll and in a call prior to arrival for preparation. My driping facuet required parts that they offered to get and return to install, but also informed me the manufacturer would replace free of charge directly to me within 10 days charged no service call, and come back to install the needed parts. As promised Kohler is sending all parts needed free of charge. My feeling is that this company is building business for the long term and not just a single opportunity. Much appreciated.

The first appointment they showed up and didn't have the proper parts.The next, follow-up appointment they never showed, nor did they have the professional courtesy to call letting us know.
Worst experience I can recall. Billy refused to return my calls, even my appeals when our boiler went out on an icy late winter afternoon. Ridiculously unprofessional.
I have hired Territorial in the past but won't again. They had previously been very available, fantastic service, able to bill on account for rentals, but most recent experience had a completely inexperienced technician come out and recommending that our 20-50 gallon/hour leak was in an unknown location, possibly in a wall or underground and that we needed to hire a high end specialty locator service. Locator service from Albuquerque came (at very high minimum charge), found no issues anywhere other than a $4 toilet flapper as well as a very minor slow drip from a shower valve, both needing replacement and leak was stopped. If a plumber can't troubleshoot and help with with toilet and shower, I'm baffled.
I have hired Territorial in the past but won't again. Called to do minor work including repairing tub spout. I was told to call back if there were any problems but found company unresponsive when I did have to contact them again. Did not receive a bill as promised. Not very professional or true to their word.
We had a few issues in our newly-built home with improper and incomplete installations of both our radiant floor heating and mini-split cooling systems. The builder freely admitted they didn't know why some of these things weren't working, after 6-7 trips out to try to fix it, and several all-day attempts to do so. Billy and his team came over, and within a half hour identified the cause of every single problem. In 2 trips they fixed the improperly installed radiant heat and mini-split issues, and performed some preventative maintenance that would have led to some other downstream issues had Billy and his team not found and fixed them. In another visit, they completed the radiant heat installation that the builder could not complete despite 4 visits and all day sessions. Billy and team did the installation in one simple visit. In short, they are as good at what they do as my top engineers at Amazon were - I was floored by Billy's technical expertise, and his ability to clear tell me what was going on. And that led to instant success, after months of failure by others. Clearly this team is at the top of their game. I will never use anyone else for our HVAC systems other than Billy and the folks at Territorial. 10 stars!
I can't say enough wonderful things about this family-owned local company. Last year, we called them out to replace what we thought was a broken heater. Other companies quoted us $10k for a new one and they fixed a part for $50 which earned my loyatly. they installed a new air conditioning unit this summer. While they are busy, they are responsive and caring about their customers.
Trying to get them out to our new home to finish a project for which they have been paid for has been less than stellar!!!
Great plumbing company, helped me diagnose an issue before coming by and then when they came by they wore shoe booties and then also cleaned up afterwards and my house was even more clean than when they arrived. Highly recommend!
We have used Territorial for our routine heating service and minor improvements in our 3 years in Santa Fe and always got good service. They also responded very promptly once when we had an emergency.
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Billy has been patient and helpful as he guided us on our Santa Fe home buying journey. In the end, with his help, we found confidence in our buying decision. We will be customers for life!
Very expensive, okay work! The quality of the work (installing a new sink & garbage disposal) was fine (they were a little wonky with the electrical relating to the garbage disposal) but the price of the work was incredibly expensive compared to other plumbers I have used. They charged a trip fee for the 2 days they were there and I felt like they sent 2 people when only 1 person was needed and they charged full for that 2nd person.
