Terrell Heating & A/C helped us out in a pinch during 90+ degree hot, humid, and rainy days when our unit quit working. Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. Melissa was kind, helpful, and understanding when answering our call. They worked us in quickly and our house is cool again. Michael and Zach arrived early. The Terrell team were kind, professional, and transparent with great people skills. They had us back up and running in no time. They have also helped our family members and came highly recommended. I would highly recommend Terrell Heating & Air to anyone who wants prompt, professional and courteous service. We first called a competitor who made us wait 2 weeks for an appointment. They weren't able to help us with a simple recharge and wanted to sell us a whole new unit. Then, on a recommendation from a co-worker, we called Terrell. They took care of us right away which was great because of the two 100+ temperature days that have followed. Thank you, Melissa and Rob! You care more about the customer...obviously.
