This took me a week to write. It took Zach Efron 30 minutes to come when I called. He says his name is Josh, but..im sure he is Zac Efron. It's probably one of those of Method Actors because he knew way tooooooo much about HVAC. Lol, all jokes aside.. I am new to the area, and it can truly be overwhelming . As a first-time home owner..well, let's just say that it can be horrifying. Im not going to go into all the details. I will say he did drop everything to come check something out. He gave me tips that helped so much. And he came back in about 2 days with the supplies we needed.. usually you hear weeks. He is the type of person who puts people above everyone else A rarity in todays world. He was so respectful from the very start of me calling him. I noticed immediately that he took his shoes off when he came in. Not one other person we hired for different services did that. I just found that to be so respectful. My 4 yr old sat so close to him and stole his nose while he was working. I asked him 10 times if he wanted me to sway her away, and he truly didn't. Which is also unique. He actually pretended she stole his nose, lol. He educated me on every single thing he was doing, and to be honest, i am just so relieved and happy with his services. He didn't feel like a man that's coming to fix something or worse, a car salesman. He felt like you knew him, like you were calling your brother over whos looking out for your best. He saved me money, stess, anxiety, and made my daughter happy. He came during a horrible wsve. It took me so long to write this because i wanted to be sure to capture TempSheild in the light that they truly deserve, as you can see from their stars. It's so rare to find businesses like this anymore. That actually CARE. And WANT to help PEOPLE and nof just fill their pockets. We received outstanding, professional end-to-end service from Tempshield HVAC. Josh was incredibly responsive and gave a thorough, honest assessment with options. There was great communication on scheduling, the work performed was done quickly & quietly, and great care was taken with the cleanup. Highly recommend.

The technician was professional and an expert in his trade. He was quick diagnosing our problem and had temporary heat set up until he could get the defective motor replaced. They answered the phone and sent a technician in less than an hour. Their follow up by text and phone was excellent. I will use them again.
I can only echo what other reviewers have said. I can't imagine a better service than what Temp Shield provided. Jared and Josh were friendly, prompt and efficient. The problem was diagnosed, options discussed, a very reasonable estimate given, and the work promptly completed.
I had the pleasure of using temp shield in 2 different emergency situations and they were amazing they were available in a last minute situation and were able to assist with the issues i would definitely recommend using tempshied Jared was who helped us he was very nice and patient

It was Thanksgiving and my heat stopped working. I made the call to TempShield, next thing I knew, they were at my door. I recommend them to everyone, have to be the best out there.
