My AC was not cooling. Was fixed in a timely manner. Staff was kind and professional. They were patient and took time to explain what the issue was and what needed to be fixed.
GUSTAVO WAS POLITE, AND VERY INFORMATIVE AND THOROUGH. LOVE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR OVER 15 YEARS!! ONLY ONES I LET WORK ON MY UNIT SINCE THEY INSTALLED IT. NO MAIN ISSUES, JUST MAINTENANCE

I have had 3 cancellations for service not initiated by me. Customer Service I thought did not exist with Tempo. Finally, I received service from someone, knowledgeable, respectable and worth the wait. Thanks Mike. I only want Mike for my Winter service to be scheduled in November/December 2023.

Another glowing review. Bryan came out right on time as always. Did my spring tune up. Unfortunately, the cottonwood tree on the lot next door was choking it up and it required a deep cleaning. Pricing was fair and they did a great job. Unit is running great!
Everyone I've encountered at Tempo Air has treated me as a valued customer, been kind, responsive to my needs and has done their job professionally and well. I can't praise them highly enough.
Everyone was so courteous and friendly. Ray walked me through what he was checking and what caused our problem (note, don’t be like me, check your outside unit to see if it needs to be hosed off). This is the 2nd time I’ve used Tempo, and I’ll keep using them.
Edgar T from tempo was here at portofino. He did a wonderful job. He was really pleasant, and took his time to figure out the problem. And he got my unit up and running

Good experience! It was easy to schedule an appointment and the representative explained what to expect and details about the services offered at Tempo. Edgar arrived within the time frame given and was professional and courteous. He checked everything and took care of any issues.
The young man that was here today was very nice and seemed to get the job done in a timely manner. He was also very informative about the state of my air conditioning.
We had Alex come service our HVAC and he was great! He was very knowledge about the issue and was able to quickly address the problem. We now have cool air running in our house. I highly recommend Alex and Tempo Air! I will definitely have him come out again to service the HVACs at our new house.
A little mix up in scheduling was fixed immediately! Best customer service response ever. I’m so glad to be aligned with this company - the business model is very customer centric.
