Honestly one of the best companies I have worked with. Nick who was on the phone was an amazing help, set up the appointment time and date on a schedule that would work for me, and the tech Arthur was able to come and fix my heater quickly and efficiently. He also did a great job of breaking it down and explaining what caused my heater to stop working
I beg you not to use these crooks. For starters the person I talked to on the phone was rude and never called me back when he said he would. Next, they tried to tell me they weren’t going to pull a permit for my furnace replacement which is illegal. If you’re getting new HVAC installed please make sure you get a permit otherwise crooks like these guys will try to cut corners and install a potentially dangerous system. They also overcharge for their parts to a crazy degree. They sent me a list of parts and wanted to charge me $310 for a $50 gas hose, $260 for BUBBLE WRAP, and $210 for electrical wire. In total they wanted to charge me $3,600 for parts that in total should cost less than $1,000. If your home warranty company is forcing to use these losers you should just take the cash out and find a quality HVAC company so you don’t have to waste your time here.

This company is actually fantastic. They show up with every part they need in the truck, make the repair, and leave with it fixed. They followed up on another A/C company that was a joke. The other didn't know how to fix the A/C problem and gave us the weirdest story about it imaginable. Then Tempest came out. The tech Arthur must be a genius. He said he knew what the problem was when talking on the phone for 2 minutes. He said he'd have it fixed in 5 minutes. He arrived and 5 minutes later the problem was fixed! Shazam! They are honest, super-competent, and the one I'd choose always in the future! Cheers!
These guys ROCK!!! Amazing customer service! Nick was so nice on the phone and got me an appointment as soon as possible! The next DAY they came and fixed my A/C unit! Would highly recommend this company and will definitely use it again in my future A/C problems
I don’t recommend these people got to fix a leak and maintain the condenser Paid $850 and it not working when called them back they said u have to change the coil and will cost u $1400 and this is true insurance American home shield
The office manager is extremely rude. I am 8 and a half months pregnant and it’s been a week and a half still have not fixed the AC. The office manager does not care and said I can’t fit you in the schedule. Still waiting for a call back from Albert the owner and yet to get one.
helped me problem solve a to why our AC was not working during this hot summer. Super nice guy who walked me through everything that I can do to help maintain the system. Would highly recommend to anyone in the valley
Unprofessional technician doesn't listen to the customer and was very rude never again! I think they forgot we pay them for service not an attitude!
Bad, unprofessional technician came out for the second time (I believe he stated his name was Arthur)…the first visit, he damaged my wall with the solution trying to fix my leaking A/C…. The wall is still damaged today…he promised to return and fix damage, but this never occurred. Bad business and poor quality!! Just recently today, I had same issue (leaking a/c) … they sent same incompetent tech back to look into issue… and again…he had no clue regarding leak… he said that “system was frozen”, so he would have to return when it was unfrozen, to proceed with troubleshooting. This explanation did not make sense, as the frost on unit went away / disappeared shortly after turning A/C off. When the technician left today he stated that I was asking too many questions… and did not leave any paperwork or advise regarding next steps…he only stated that my insurance would be in touch as someone else would need to come out….. I reached out to the mngr. or lead at Tempest HVAC to tell them about experience with the appointment today with no success (believe his name was Nick) …he just repeated exactly what technician told him verbatim, ‘system frozen and need to reschedule’,…. Customer service was horrid… they left my a/c system dismantled and looking worse than before he came …. Had to reach out to another vendor for this service… I’m sure they have to be more professional than Tempest…fingers crossed!!!
Arthur was very freindly and knowledgable and was able to troubleshoot my problem. He was on time and professional and was able to fix my problem in a realtively short period of time. Now I have my AC working beautifully for the upcoming hot summer days!
Tempest HVAC provided awesome service! The response time and scheduling was fast and they were super accommodating to my schedule. The technician thoroughly explained what the issue was and fixed my heater without trouble! They are very knowledgeable and straight to the point. Definitely found my new AC company, happy to be a returning customer!
