Fantastic experience with Temperature Pro. Professional and solution-minded company. Was having issues with the cooling system upstairs. Issue was resolved and we felt immediate relief. Wow. Great service! My AC was never switching over and I have to call every year. This year I called Temperature Pro. They were the first to tell me my thermostat is bad. I bought a new one and they replaced it and serviced my units! I have never had my air working as well as it is now. Make sure you get serviced every year! What a difference it has made.
Temperature Pro of North Atlanta was a referral. I had never heard of them before. My AC wasn't blowing cold. Condenser was from 1996 and gas furnace was sure to be that old are well. Temperature Pro came to diagnose the problem a day after I reported it. I asked many questions of what my options were and all were answered. My best option was to replace the entire HVAC system (furnace and condenser). The team came out a few days later to replace my HVAC system and my system runs so much colder than it ever did before. Great service and professionalism!
Matt came out to diagnose an issue we were having with condensation on our bathroom air vent and peeling paint. Realized best thing would be to close air vents in bathroom off (air still can get out even with our vents completely closed. We were just getting too much air coming through vent) and other issue was a plumbing issue in the attic that we had no idea about that he discovered. Didn’t charge us anything. Definitely recommend!

I signed up for my annual maintenance contract and they performed the most comprehensive check-up my system ever had. They found and fixed several small issues that could have caused serious AC issues during the HOT season. When checking out the system, to make sure we were set to go, they found a bad capacitor and in minutes it was fixed and blowing cold. Fees were extremely reasonable and the service tech couldn't have been any friendlier and professional. I have been in my location coming up on 27 years and never had better service then these professionals provided. Highly recommended.

My AC went out and I needed a new furnace. They not only beat everyone's price by a lot (which was a major factor), what sealed it for me was they were the ONLY company to offer a free portable AC unit until my furnace came in and was installed.
Great team. Good work. on time. cleaned the placed. provided spare AC for the time being till the Unit arrives for installation.
