We had them come out and give us a second opinion and bid on replacing a 2.5 ton heat pump. They were timely and knowledgeable and gave us a much better price on the replacement unit. They are a small responsive business with less overhead to give you a great value for the money. We will use them for any other work in the future.

Called Temperature Solutions on a Sunday planning to leave a voicemail about my broke down AC unit. Instead I got an answer, had Vinnie out in less than 30 minutes. Replaced a part and had the unit up and running quick as a whistle. 5 ⭐️
A/C unit was leaking and not working properly. Had a different HVAC company come out for a service and estimate. They told me the A/C unit and furnace all needed to be replaced. Got a second opinion from Jason at Temp Solutions and he came in at half the price and was able to just replace the A/C unit with a brand new heat pump. They were prompt, professional and very friendly. They were able to get me in within a week of the estimate. Highly recommend them for HVAC installation.
We've had Temperature Solutions out twice over the nearly 3 years we've been here and were WELL taken care of on both occasions! We'll be talking to them about replacing the whole system when the time comes. Don't know how else to put it. 5 stars!
We had them install a ductless heat pump in our rental. We got it done quickly during a vacancy which was very helpful. They finished the job in just a few hours and were very friendly and professional, answering all our questions. We plan on using them in the future. Scheduling and the EWEB rebate application was a breeze. We found the cost to be reasonable.

I have a construction company, while we were on a project for a client in the Webster area we needed some assistance with a few units on a commercial project. This team responded quickly, provided really quick feedback and communicated well. Our client was very pleased, as was I. So, I asked if they did service work and new installs ... thinking that I would use them at my home. They do, and I have had them service my unit twice a year for my HVAC preventative maintenance for a few years now. They have pointed out issues that may become issues and helped me resolve them (igniter on my furnace, and a new thermostat). The best part is they haven't tried to up-sell and make me pay for a new unit; even-though the thought has run through my mind more than once. They have given practical, informative and sound advice consistently. I would refer these guys to anyone who has the need, with 100% confidence that they will have the customer's interest in mind.

The Daikin unit we had installed performs great, it's quiet and easy to use. Jason and Kyle did a real nice installation, it's changed how we live in the home not having to mess with window ac units that really didn't do the job. Thanks you guys, good stuff 👍

On Sunday morning our A/C went on the fritz. I called Temperature Solutions to see if they could come to the house and repair the unit. Vince arrived within hours and did more than just replace a part. He took the time to investigate the problem and determine exactly the cause. Vince studied the schematics and ensured that his solution was a lasting one and that no other parts were nearing expiration. Vince was here for over 1.5 hours but only charged us for 1-hour. It turns out the thermostat was the problem and he replaced it. I was expecting a bill for well over $500 for the service and was pleasantly surprised by an invoice less than half that. Vince remained on-site to ensure the heat pump went through its paces without issue before leaving. NOW THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE! I highly recommend Temperature Solutions to anyone in the Eugene area.
Great Professional Service! Repairing the heating system in the rental was a breeze with Vinny. We had phone contact every step of the way. He advised and texted pictures. Payment by Credit Card was easy and he sent me the invoice. The renter is happy and I am happy, doesn't get better than that!

The Broadway Grill in Veneta Oregon highly recommends this company! They were prompt showing up shortly after Carolyn's call for help. They fixed the swamp cooler within a short amount of time. I own a property I'm renting out in Springfield, reached out to 4 companies on a Saturday because the AC failed on Friday for my new tenants. They diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me a reasonable estimate and went over my options, but then they came in 40% under estimate in the final charges and fixed issues with the AC that would have given me grief in the future. I am beyond happy they were the first to respond, I will be using them for all my future business and the properties I'm having built. Honest and Amazing both in work quality and cost. Do not hesitate to contact them, I was a little based on the few reviews, but am so glad that I did. Oh I'm also out of state, as a landlord I could not be more happy with their level of communication. Customer for life.
