The crew was polite and proffesional. They explained with great detail how my new hvac system works. They went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied. I would highly recomend them to anyone who needs a new hvac system.
I had a great experience with Temperature Doctors. I chose this company because Josh, who provided the estimate, was the most professional of the people I had called, and he went above and beyond by teaching me about my furnace - something the two prior companies that had done previous work on my HVAC never had. I researched furnaces, and one consistent thing I kept hearing was that it was just as important to choose the company as it is choosing the equipment. Replacing a furnace is expensive and stressful, especially when it goes out during winter. Josh made going with Temperature Doctors easy. He made every appt (I'd had a no-show for an estimate with another company), was here on the day of the install, and answered every question regardless of how many times I emailed, called, or texted. The installers, Seth and Jordan, were genuinely nice. More importantly, they were professional, worked quickly, and got the new furnace in! I'm pleased to have found this local company. Not only would I use them again, and recommend them to my friends, but Josh was also able to (at my request) refer me to other professionals in town for work that I've needed done but have had trouble finding people to do. If his contacts are as professional and proficient as he and Temperature Doctors, I'll be a happy camper. Thank you, Temperature Doctors, for getting my furnace replaced in a short turnaround. I'm happy not to worry about my heat going out again!

Had a very bad experience , called temperature doctors to fix my central air . Didn't fix anything but ended up braking my furnace,which I don't understand why they had to touch it .. when I needed my air to work not my furnace ..and even if they did had to look at my furnace they should have done it with some sence of professional tools and not force anything , so I will never recommend people that you trust into your home break something that wasn't broken and just leave you to pay for what they where responsible for ... They are not fair and honest people I will never call them , to let you know I called someone else the next day and right now my air is working great....beware of these people they just want to take your money.....

Posted this a few months ago until my family found out that we were overcharged by $3000. Please be aware and get more than 1 estimate if thinking about using this company. This is the worst HVAC company in town!!! They literally used the manual for the furnace as a funnel for the drain instead of cutting a piece of PVC pipe. Now I’m having to pay another company to fix the problem. Do not use this company

I recently had to replace my furnace and did the air conditioner at the same time. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company for HVAC installation and maintenance.

Very helpful, good work and quickly completed. A wonderful story to pass along. Last night was the coldest day of the year so far. My thermostat was originally placed over a light switch. This caused interference. Which made the furnace not run. Seth, came over Saturday. Spent five hours diagnosing the issue and getting my heat to work, with no extra charge. Wonderful, appreciated. The house feels wonderful after work. Thank you again.
My AC coils started icing up. After weeks of using my work lights to melt the ice I finally called Temp. Docs to take a look. They were thorough and professional. I priced shopped around and also got second opinions to make sure the original diagnosis was accurate. One year later our new AC is working fin and we haven’t had any issues. I would recommend them
