So ladies this company is the beat. Ralph was great to work with! He was able to come out on short notice for preventative maintenance and was extremely professional. Pricing was fair as well.
I used this company through my home warranty company. My hvac went out in the middle of summer! Sheesh! Vic really made the difference in my experience. My home warranty failed me horribly by ordering the wrong products and then not rectifying the issues in any way. 2.5 months later, That’s where Vic and the crew of temperature design heating and air went out of their way! Vic went and physically picked up the parts needed to complete my job and then sent Ralph to complete the job immediately! They got this done right on time for my sons 9th birthday party!! Y’all are the real MVP! I appreciate y’all!! Thank you!

The owner, Victor Cherry and his HVAC technicians were very professional. They arrived at the time scheduled and they completed the installation in a few hours. I appreciated them wearing their masks while in my home and removing all the debris from the old equipment.
Victor, Ralph and team were incredible!! They have been nothing but responsive, courteous and professional! Back story: Sears sent 6 technicians over the course is a month and all they did was rig my 25 year old unit which would stop working hours after they left. If there was even a drop of rain, technicians ran to their vehicles and cancelled the appointment. The district manager called once to say he would take care of everything but he never called again and they never finished the job. My warranty company suggested Temperature Design and within a short period EVERYTHING CHANGED!! The 25 year old unit was clearly not salvageable and I now I have a brand new unit. Temperature Design never bashed Sears, but instead, just got the job done and even when it started to rain, they put tents up and continued to work. They were fast, friendly and professional. Victor followed up with me when necessary, and never broke a promise. I will be sure to call them for any Heating and Air needs in the future and will tell my neighbors and friends as well. During these times, it’s difficult to find quality, trust-worthy service, but Victor and his team provides honest good old-fashioned EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! #Happycustomer
Vic and Ralph at Temperature Design Heating & Air are wonderful! They've been to our house multiple times over the last year and a half as we had TWO failing AC units. They were super nice, professional and very patient, and helped us work with the home warranty company. We will call them again for any future AC or heating needs!
This was the best experience I've ever had with ANY company. They rescued me after a month of fighting with the home warranty company who eventually denied the claim. The owner, Victor, came out personally to put "eyes on" the project to make sure the installation would done properly. And when an $8 plumbing part broke and flooded my house the day before the installation, I called Victor and he said "We'll be there with our mops". They worked so hard, were so professional, and completed the work that day and at a very fair price. The owner even spent an hour cutting back bushes to make room for the outdoor unit. And climbed a ladder to kill a nest of wasps for me. But most importantly, he was kind at a time when my stress level was unimaginable. Thank you again, Victor. And Ralph and Dale. I HIGHLY recommend this excellent company.

After a 10 day stretch of no air in our home and a lack of communication from another contractor, my wife and I were at a breaking point with our HVAC in the middle of June heat. Luckily we found this company and in-particular Vic. He answered the phone, was always a complete professional, and was completely transparent during the whole repair. They will be our first call moving forward for all our HVAC issues. If you are looking for an honest contractor; look no further.
They came out and identified a problem that a previous AC company could not identify for 8 months! They were honest, professional and they replaced my AC. Victor had such a warm personality and was professional. He made me feel important and was very concerned about my satisfaction! I would recommend them to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

I went 3.5 weeks without an Air Conditioner because of my procrastinating Home Warranty company. Vic worked with the Home Warranty company (so painful) and got my AC installed. Thank you for your patience and dedication.
this is the worst service I have ever used! they come over and fix my ac, 6 day later the same problem come back and they don't want to come and check there job...instead of fixing the lick they just cover the pipe with tape. BAD BAD SERVICES.
Temperature Design Heating & Air is an awesome company! We have cool air again!! Our older unit started having issues over the past couple of years that finally said "no more" as of a few weeks ago!! Once the parts arrived through our warranty company, TDHA quickly got us scheduled as it was very HOT (only 1 unit for upstairs and downstairs)...not to mention that I am WFH since March 10 due to COVID-19!!! So we are so very grateful for their excellent and prompt service!!! Temperature Design Heating & Air is now our "heating & air" company moving forward!! I recommend them to be yours also!!
