Lenny took the time on a Sunday to come and see what we needed when we found out we would need a new unit. Devin's team was very courteous and respectful in our home and so careful not to make a mess or disrupt our household anymore than necessary. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.
They are very affordable and knowledgeable. They came out to our house within a couple of hours and had our furnace fixed in about an hour. They actually had the part we needed on the truck!
Lenny came and serviced our furnaces and air conditioning units. His service was exceptional. I definitely felt he was 'fair and square.' I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC service.
The owner of Temp Tech Corp, Lenny, has been doing the maintenance and cleaning of our furnace and air conditioner for 20 years. When it came time to replace our units this summer, he provided us with equipment recommendations and the best estimate we received. He and his team are thorough, timely, and have always done a great job for us. We highly recommend Temp Tech Corp!
Their priority has always been (8+ years now) to get the air conditioning working, not to sell new units.Several years back a capacitor blew out on our unit. Joe replaced it (he had the part with him even though he hadn't seen the unit yet) in about half an hour, recharged the unit. Since then all we have needed were the expected annual top-offs of refrigerant. Far better than being told we would need to spend 20 times the repair charge for a new unit, as someone else might have told us. Joe also replaced our thermostat with a digital one that has been fine for 5 years. Joe is easy to be around, and to talk with also,and he gets the work done efficiently. It has always been a good experience having Joe come out to help us. Oct of 2011 he fixed our furnace on an emergency basis. It was a cold day and Joe had it fixed in a few hours of our call. Total Save! Every time we call they get out within 2 days and just do their thing and all is good. That is why I think Temp Tech Corp is a great service provider and the only one I will call for air conditioning or heating. One tip: if you go to their website be prepared to click “Skip Intro” unless you like the whirring sound of motors (lol)
