We installed central AC and would work with these guys again and recommend them 100%! Professional, clean, fair priced, left space super clean and all duct system neatly done. Can’t imagine how they worked in the attic with such limited space, but they did an amazing job.
We had a great experiece with the entire Temp Rise team. From preparing the estimate to scheduling and getting the work done communication was professional and work was great. I am a contractor as well and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had accidentally cut the wire that goes to our thermostat and realized this at 5pm. I called Temp Rise, and Mike answered the phone (no automated answering service!) and he was able to come out the following morning to help. What a relief! He easily fixed my issue and gave some great advice on improving the heating flow in my house. I would definitely recommend Temp Rise and will use them again!
Got new HVAC in the summer and AC works wonderful. Just turned on new furnace...it is AWESOME...can't hear it go on or while it is on and heat so evenly..Have had furnaces put in before in other house and it was cold and then hot etc. never had even heat. These guys know what they are doing and are very professional and clean. Very mindful of Covid and we Highly recommend them.
I called them when my central A/C died on the hottest day of the year. Unlike other Companies I called who either never returned my call or said they couldn’t come out, Mike said he was able to fit me into the schedule the same day. Mike C. arrived on time and spent nearly 3 hours fixing several problems and explaining the issues as he went along. Mike C was trustworthy and dependable. The price for the repair was reasonable for the time and repairs made. I will be calling Temp Rise for semi annual maintenance and repairs. Thank you so much!

We had them install 2 ductless ac/heating units recently. They kept us updated in the current enviornment and werevery professional while they were doing the work. They did a great job and were priced right. They explained how everything worked and the best way to set the systems. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

He is always on time (and most times early). We have him come and do our periodic maintenance before the seasons and it puts us at a lot of ease. I highly recommend Mike and his team!
About 2 years ago I had a local big name company come out and tell me my AC unit needed to be replaced so I went looking for a second opinion. I found Mike, the owner of Temp Rise and he told me right away there was no need to replace, he was honest and upfront about everything. Since then ( two years later and the AC unit still working ) I've only used mike to tune up and service my AC unit and heating unit. Also when the big name company wanted to charge me $250 for a filter Mike told me to go right on amazon and buy the 2 pack for $54! not only did he save me all that money but he didn't try to up-sell me a filter for his own profits.
The owner and his employees are profesional, clean, and nice. Will always be my HVAC provider.
These Guys are the Best In The North Shore. Family Oriented trustworthy and reliable and respectful and professional are some of the words that come to mind.
Last fall we bought an 1800 cape in Kingston, NH and the single zone central AC and heat just could not keep up at all. TEMP RISE took a look and immediately identified issues with the furnace intake duct sizing, materials and lack of duct insulation. They also recommended a Mitsubishi mini-split unit for the upstairs. Work was started within days of accepting the contract and a couple days after that the central AC is quiet (it was very loud previously), the mini-split upstairs is "silent" and the house is now cool in this current 95 degree weather. They are a great friendly team that set expectations well and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend TEMP RISE.
We had an ongoing issue where we would lose our heat and hot water sporadically. We paid money and worked with 2 other companies that came out several times, but were unable to fix the issue. A friend recommended Temp Rise and we called for service. The owner Mike came out and not only fixed the issue, but he gave us a great price! Mike was very personable and professional. I highly recommended Temp Rise for expert and friendly service at a fair price!
My central AC wasn't cooling and I called Temp Rise. The owner Mike came out the same day and quickly fixed the issue by replacing the capacitor. Fair prices and outstanding service!!! Highly recommended!!!
