Horrible customer service, no patience, will try to overcharge you

Service guy came in, took a look at the unit and said it was tough to get to and was busy, and left without servicing. Poor effort
Realized at 6PM that I had no gas heat. Called a couple of other companies and nobody answered the phone. Left messages. Called Jaime at Temp Assure and HE ANSWERED THE PHONE. Explained that I the furnace was not working. We made arrangements for him to come out and look at the system. He arrived as scheduled. Turned out the furnace was fine and it was my Thermostat's connections that were loose and so the furnace was not getting any signal. He tightened them up and I was good to go. Great service. Great Price. He is now in my phone contacts should I need Temp Assure again. Still waiting on the callbacks from those other companies.
