Telmo and his son Telmo just finished installing a A/C unit at my house yesterday and I thought it was important to write a review because the experience was excellent from beginning to end. Both are very professional, knowledgeable and honest! I was going to install a new A/C last year and just could not pull the trigger because I did not trust the other companies I spoke with last year. Then I called Telmo this year and he took the time to explain the process, the pros and cons of the options and presented a fair price. I highly recommend Telmo Air HVAC Services to anyone in need of a new A/C unit from an honest family business!
Had a great experience meeting Telmo. We spoke over the phone about my HVAC electrical issue. I provided a picture of the error message on my thermostat and set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived early and had a plan for how to fix the issue and prevent the damage from happening again. He checked over the whole system and found that only the contactor would need to be replaced. The work took less than an hour and he explained everything along the way. It’s been about a month and my AC has been working perfectly. I’m very happy I called Telmo, 10/10 would recommend.
Absolutely fantastic. I have an old unit that decided to call in sick to work today. Telmo came by on the way to another appointment and had it up and running in 10 minutes. I'll definitely be calling him when I replace the unit before next season. Fair, honest, fast, and knows his stuff. And super nice. Can't go wrong!

This is the guy for all your HVAC needs! Telmo is great to work with and was a fraction of the cost for my new HVAC system compared to larger company’s with all the fancy vans. Telmo and his son came the day of install and worked as a fine tuned team getting the job done. As promised Telmo got my HVAC on track again quickly and efficiently. I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Job WELL DONE!!
Telmo and his son were professional, efficient, fair priced, punctual, kind-hearted, friendly, excellent at communication, and transparent in all aspects. They arrived on time, cleaned up, and did an excellent installation service of both of our home HVAC units that were 17 and 25 years old. One unit died, and the other was 25 years old, so we did our homework and decided to go ahead and replace both units at the same time. Telmo gave us a better rate on installing two units, and also quoted us for installing one unit versus 2 units so we could decide what fit for us financially. There was never any sales pitch or pushiness. He and his son are quick and hard workers, plus they built a base for the two new units to fit and be stable outside, and the new units inside were stable as well. They were respectful of our home and yard, and explained how things worked. They also did the warranty right then and there. I will continue to use their services, as they are honest, fair, genuine, kind, and professional. Thank you Telmo and Telmo! It was a pleasure doing business with you. Peace.
What a great experience! My AC stopped working late Friday afternoon (in AUGUST, UGH!). A quick search on NextDoor showed that Telmo Air would be an excellent choice. I called him and he took the time to ask me about the problem and promised a visit on Monday. He shared his philosophy with me (which I fully believe)… “Take care of it but run it into the ground.” In other words, I do NOT replace anything just because some people say “newer is better.” Telmo feels the same way. I really appreciate that. He contacted me first thing Monday morning, and 30 minutes later, I had ice cold A/C! Telmo is honest, prompt, friendly, affordable, and a true expert in his field. I also really appreciated that he talked to me like an equal, not some clueless person he could overcharge. He and his partner, Telmo Jr., answered all questions and treated me and my property with respect. If I ever have another A/C problem, Telmo is my only choice!
Came when he promised, didn't find any issues and didn't charge me! I have faith in the service industry again. (And he was showing his son how to do it right...) Highly recommend!
I called Telmo to give me a quote on a new AC unit since he had fantastic reviews everywhere I looked, and now I see why. I got several quotes and he had the lowest price. He was transparent from the start and gave me several options, then was very thorough with the installation and took care of all the details. Highly recommend.

Telmo & his son did an awesome job replacing our HVAC & gas furnace. Our home is seriously cooler than ever! They were on time, quick, efficient and we (my husband & I) definitely feel we’ve made new friends! Telmo explained all of the repairs both before and after the service was complete. He walked us through the changes and made sure we understood what to do in the future for the cooler months. He goes above and beyond for his clients. I HIGHLY recommend Telmo!
We had our AC upstairs and heat pump replaced due to a faulty and old unit from 2002 (20 years old). Telmo did a great job and cleaned up ral nice after themselves. He also rebuilt the platform for the AC so it;s not lob-sided; I did not even have to ask and he just did it! The fan had an issue after installation and Telmo took care of it right away with the supplier and had already arranged a replacement. I probably would never have even noticed but he informed me about it and took care of it right away. Wow, that integrity is something that is hard find. I also asked him if we need to replace the unit from 2009 and he advised that it would not be worth it at this time as the unit is operating as expected, which speaks to his honesty and integrity. I can honestly say I don't write too many reviews but felt Telmo absolutely deserves to be commended on a job well done. The new unit looks great and cools the home very quickly and efficiently.
Promptly set appointment. Showed up on time. Diagnosed and repaired air conditioning quickly. Priced fairly. Very professional. My first call for HVAC going forward. Recommend!
Telmo did a great job replacing both of our 16 year-old Heat & AC systems. He asked what our goal was (efficiency) and provided the best options (14-seer vs 16-seer) in his quote, instead of telling us what we needed. Gave us a great/fair price on 16-seer units replacing our outdated 10-seer units and was cheaper than my other 2 quotes. The equipment was ordered within a couple days and the installation was scheduled the following week (6 days total). They showed up at 8:25 am (5 minutes before appt time!) and were finished by 5 pm. Telmo kept me informed and explained everything during the install and answered all of my questions - HONESTLY!! Highly recommend! Get your other quotes if you like, but if you want a Honest/Professional/Quality job - Telmo is the way to go!

I called this gentleman on a whim, my heat did not work last night. Trying to save a couple of dollars I installed my own thermostat the day before. For simple wires to connect, this gentleman via text message and photos was able to tell me what wire to move. It works perfect now. Sometimes things aren’t as easy as they look. I offered to pay this gentleman, he refused. This is the way you build a business. I cannot say enough about this gentleman and his company. He will always be on the top of my list for heating and air
Fantastic experience! Replaced both of our units, installed new thermostats, and came back to be sure they were working properly! Absolutely would refer them to anyone looking to have replacements or repairs!! Definitely a five star company!!!!
