I contacted them to replaced my AC cooling fan, technician that arrives to my house just bypass the running condenser and left. Never wait to make sure that the unit was running properly. For 15 minutes of work and a part that cost $15 I was charged $325; they don't want to fix their mistake or return my money.
As a new homeowner they were very helpful in informing me how my unit works specific to my home while at the same time running all the required maintenance checks before winter. Extra time was spent to educate me which was highly appreciated. Communications between the company, the worker and myself was great. I will be using them in the future.
Good service just waiting for paid invoice in the email.
I am disgusted by this company. They came out and had to blow out our central air unit because it was leaking. He “fixed” that problem until a few days after it started to leak in another area. I called them back, the man came here and said it was because it wasn’t leveled. It was leveled before the man came to fix it. They tried to fix it and now we have a huge hole in our ceiling with it NOT BEING FIXED and not leveled from when he first came here to blow it out. The man literally ran out of our house, gave no paperwork. I’ve had to call this company multiple times only to get a run around answers and that the job will cost so much money. They said they had pictures of it not being leveled which was AFTER he blew out the unit in the first place. So we are paying for a mistake caused by this company. I shouldn’t have to constantly chase a company to get an answer (which I have yet to get). Take your money some where else this company is awful at communication and fixing the actual issue. We were ripped off.
Frank from Tedco was very professional and did a fantastic job with walking me though the proper steps to get my water heater system to start working again. I commend the great job they do at Tedco.
Frank from Tedco responded immediately to my call when my a/c unit went down. The technician showed up so fast it was like magic. He was knowledgeable and fast. He wore a mask the whole time and changed his gloves every time he entered the house. His dedication to keeping my family safe from covid was evident. He fixed my unit in under an hour and the price was less than we expected. I would recommend tedco to anyone for service or new installs they were amazing!!
we had frank come to see why our central A/C was not working, he installed a new unit only 4 years ago. when he checked it out he found the wiring outside was all dry rotted and breaking apart and the wiring was wrong then he asked what company did the work we said you did. got very quiet. I told him how come the other unit we had for over 40 years never had a problem no answer from him again. I told why didn't you use better wiring then no answer again. then he wanted to charge us 450.00 to do the wiring again told him forget it. called Varsity instead had the complete job done plus 2 service contracts for the A/C and renewed the one for my boiler for less than he wanted. people beware of this company
