Installed new furnace and A/C for me with Nest thermostat. We had hard time with heat staying at warm temps during the winter. He had to come in every year for 3 years. This winter I fed up with that and called another company. They came and fixed it right away. Ted wired our furnace incorrectly. Don't hire him, save yourself some money and time.
Great service and willing to go the extra mile to get it right. Highly recommended.
My water heater stop working and he replaced the pilot light but the tank should have been replaced after looking at the manufacturer date. Now I have pay for a new water and installation on top of the previous repair? It was done through a property management company. I would not recommend this company!
Our HVAC starting to make a weird noise and we called Ted. It took a second of listening to the sound for Ted to know what was the problem. He worked under the warranty we had and ordered the part, then took the time to replace the part and get our AC going os soon as the part arrived. He was very profesional. I will recommend his services to anyone!
Had a home warranty repair and Ted came out and looked. Turns out previous owners had the wrong size filter and we replaced with the wrong size filter, killing the motor. Since this could be a denial from insurance, Ted helped us with a payment that was slightly higher than the normal deductible, but would fully cover the cost to get it working. Its been a tight paycheck for me and having someone be so kind and helpful and making sure my wife and toddler don't overheat in the Utah summer meant the world to me. So you will be getting someone who is not just good at their job, but timely, honest, and helpful. Hopefully as my paychecks get better, I will be looking to replace things like the furnace and ac, and Ted is going to be top on my list.
I contacted Ted through a home service app on a Saturday morning. He asked me to call him. When we spoke on the phone, he provided a quote for repair (I knew that my blower motor wasn't working and would likely need to be replaced). His quote was at the low end of what some Google research told me to expect. He was at my home in under two hours to do the work (on a Saturday, no less). He was very professional. He replaced the motor and another part at the price he quoted. He even made a small bracket to hold my air filter in place at no charge. The experience of working with Ted couldn't have been better.
Ted worked very hard to get our heater up and running again. He kept us informed from the beginning and helped us fix so many issues. We will be calling him in the future for all of our heating and cooling needs.
