Dave is extremely professional and really knew his stuff. I was amazed at how quick he was able to come out and get back to me with a quote. I also appreciated his suggestions to fix certain things instead of fully replace them. I would high recommend Techinque heating!
We called David at Technique Heating and Cooling for a new system that was put in by another HVAC company. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and fix the problems. House is a lot warmer now. He has an amazing amount of knowledge. He was trustworthy and backs his work. We are going to have him service our heat pumps next. Highly recommend him!Thanks David.

We installed a Fujitsu split unit with a heat pump in the summer of 2021. Technique quoted me at a fair and competitive price and was innovative enough to offer me an option that would only have one condenser outside rather than two that several other companies suggested. We used the cooling in the summer and the heating in the winter and the heating helped us cut down on our oil consumption by about 40%. Keith on the phones and David that came with his crew to plan and install everything are a great team. I would recommend them and would use them for an install again if the need ever came.
Dave and his crew have been great. I have an 18 year old Geothermal Exchange system that needed some repairs. He was knowledgeable and professional. He arrived when he said he would, and his pricing was reasonable. I will continue to call him for routine maintenance and if I have a problem. I highly recommend Dave and Technique.
Keith and Manny were both very courteous, responsive, and pleasant to work with. The repair man arrived when he promised he would, diagnosed and repaired my heating issue quickly and for a fair price. What more can someone ask for? Highly recommend.

Dave from Technique is the best! Last night I realized our AC was out from the storm. He called me back (after hours) and said he’d be by first thing. He was here, fixed the AC, and showed me a quick fix to try next time... he even labeled my panel for me. Who is so good at their job that they show you a trick so you don’t have to call next time? Well, he’s helpful every time!
Dave was quick to respond to our call. He gave us a fair and reasonable estimate. When the work was completed, it was quick and efficient. Dave and his team remained at our house until the work was done to his satisfaction. In the end our Boiler Room looks like a whole new room! It is clean and organized, I wish I had taken a before and after picture to show how amazing the work was!

Three years ago, Technique Heating & Cooling installed an HVAC system in our home . 24 hours ago, three years later , tail end of heat wave, one of the Carrier Systems stopped cranking out cold air ... one call to Technique and within 24 hours - - Omar & Tyquan - two great technicians , came and brought faulty system back to life .They made sure that everything was right -from checking refrigerant fluid levels, to fixing electrical short , to making sure air flows were clear, to checking temperature output - First Class Service. First Class Business.
David and his team were consummate professionals. They installed both a new AC system in our house as well as replaced our old boiler and oil tank. Throughout everything, they were very open and honest and always kept us looped in. They finished the projects on time and now we are thrilled to have both system operational!
David had given me his cell # two years ago after he installed an HVAC system here in our house in Pelham Manor . He told me anything goes wrong, you call or text me, I will be over as quick as I can - there was a power surge the other night on Boston post road - knocks our system out - I text David , he texts me back , in less than 24hrs and he & Omar came and we are back in business THE BEST PERIOD !!!
2018-03 Our Technique H&C Boiler experience: After coming to repair our heating system a number of times in recent years, our previous plumber discovered that we had a slow leak in our old boiler. We were surprised that he did not see it earlier. He gave us an estimate for a new boiler. Since we were losing confidence in him (for a number of reasons), we decided to get estimates from other companies. ConEd referred us to Dave Mercado with Technique Heating and Cooling in White Plains. He gave us a free estimate a couple days later, and we were extremely impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and honesty. He explained things beautifully and transparently. Dave came back with a comparable estimate for a new version of Burnham oil burner. Only one week later, they came back and spent the day installing our new system. They arrived on time and stayed well into the evening until every single thing was completed. We were very comfortable with them in the house. Dave and his three associates were professional, polite, considerate. They paid attention to details and patiently explained everything. They did such a good job cleaning up after themselves that they left our boiler room cleaner than when they got there. Dave came back himself a month later to make sure things were running well. The system displayed high efficiency diagnostics. In a nutshell, their estimate and installation was cost-effective, thorough and timely.
