Ruben cam last year to turn my swamp cooler on. He left it in such way that the swamp coole was watering my roof during all the tim that I was using it. A a could person, I don't us i 24 hours a day, thanks god, otherwise the flood -that I thought it was due to the few storms we had- woul have been much bigger. Now, that I had another person informing me of what happened, I am told by Ruben tat what happened is past tense and other reasons o why the company canno b responsible fo what he did. He ha all kind of theories except admitting his responsibility in the expense of $ 1,700. Will pos pictures when I hav them
I can’t say enough good things about Tech Air and about Juan who came to service my very old and neglected unit. He was professional and efficient. He got my unit back into great shape at a very fair price. And unlike some other companies I’ve dealt with there was no pressure whatsoever to install an expensive new system. I felt like I was treated like I was his grandmother ☺️. Highly recommend this company.
Awesome service!! Reuben was prompt on the time requested. Amazing information and break down on everything was going on with my AC. Amazing value on the service he and the company has provided. These guys are a must call if you are needing any kind of repair for your AC/HEATING services. 2 thumbs up and A++. Will call them again for any other issues.
Juan and Reuben went above and beyond for us! Both were very honest, timely, transparent and professional. I had Tech Air come out after I had called another well known larger company. That company did NOT give me any breakdowns of repair costs, labor, etc. even after I specifically asked to see how the breakdown was applied. When I called Tech Air I let them know about my current situation, they promised to be transparent on every level. I am happy to say they kept their word. We had a few hiccups with our blower motor replacement but Juan and Reuben made all adjustments and had us up and running within 2 days. The other company told me to expect at least 7 days for the parts to show up. If you are looking for honest, reliable, professional and kind HVAC proffessionals I highly recommend Juan and Reuben with Tech Air!
We moved into an old house in Albuquerque and needed a lot of help with heating and cooling fixes and replacements. Juan was amazing. He helped us come up with ideas within our budget and put in new hardware in a very timely matter. Since the first visit, they have come back to check in a number of times and are always available when we call with questions and concerns. They are great!

Okay, let’s start with it’s hot. Our AC went out about two weeks ago. Called many places and the customer service was bad. I called Tech Air Heating and Cooling and These guys were awesome and worked with my schedule and above all showed up! The prices they have are amazing. Ruben showed up and was polite and caring. They also offer services you can get for maintenance. Ummmm yes pls sign me up!! Over all I would recommend and yes I will be calling them for maintenance.
Ruben is AWESOME. We had a mystery problem with our swamp cooler that two visits from another company couldn’t figure out. Ruben was on time, fixed the issue, and then waited to make sure it was fixed. Awesome awesome guy and company.
I did market research before signing contract with Juan and Ruben. I did market research with 4 vendors. Out of the 4, two were non-responsive and two came for home consultation. Before i signed with Tech Air, the other vendor (won't name) rep came out and didn't even want to hear what I wanted. He was offended by me doing the market research and tried pushing what he felt was best for my home (not know Juan already came the day before and educated me on everything very thoroughly). Up sale scheme would have costed me $5K more than business cost with Tech Air (and yes, Tech Air beat their price by a long shot in the end). First off, Ruben was the professional that answered the phone and set the consulting appointment. He even gave me a quick estimate over the phone with details. His brother Juan came over as the consultant. Not only was he kind and showed respect, but he is extremely knowledgeable and shares the knowledge so you understand exactly what's what and why. Not to mention he patiently listened. Juan did a complete walk through and went on the roof to look at the disintegrating Master Cool Unit which they converted to a fully functional AC system (My choice of bpu speed and brand). We had to wait for the city to approve the panel upgrade for increased voltage after they had installed the unit. Approval took up to two weeks, but Tech Air gave us 3 portable AC units (for free) for temporary use until panel was upgraded. I am very happy with my decision to go with Tech Air. They were quick to respond each time I reached out to them. Tech Air (ABQ) didn't let me down at all and I'm very happy with the total cost for new AC unit, heater, and panel upgrade. Also, I felt comfortable with them in my house. They also didn't mind me periodically checking on what they were installing and what special part did, etc. I don't know what else to say. Very professional and friendly (he even greeted my dog and gave her a bunch of pets which she loved). Fixed my very old swamp cooler without trying to sell me a new one. I will definitely use this company when we are ready to replace the old one based on their timeliness, professionalism and knowledge. Juan talked me through everything and explained clearly what was happening with my unit. Thrilled to find a company I can rely on.

Brothers Ruben and Juan are extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems. The were abundantly friendly. Their service was timely. They were genuinely interested in fixing my system correctly, not trying to sell me something I didn't need. I called Tech Air as a second opinion, because the first company told me my 11 year old compressor was bad. Tech Air correctly diagnosed the issue and put their competition to shame. On top of that, they guaranty their work for 90 days. These guys are a breathe of fresh air in an industry that requires trained and certified technicians that we have to trust.
I received furnace maintenance. (My first time using this company.) This company was quick to respond. I know its a cliche to say, Professional, Friendly, Excellent Pricing, and Competent service, but this company is it! This is an excellent company! I have found my Go-To heating and cooling company. I am PSYCHED!!! I just had one of the greatest interactions with a repair company and I HAVE to share. Our A/C went down yesterday and we called Tech Air, based on a recommendation from some friends. Reuben came out yesterday, told us exactly what was wrong and the one part needed to fix our A/C. This is in contrast to 2 other companies that have recently looked at our 15 year old system and told us we need a new HVAC unit. Working with them has probably been one of the most honest, easy, stress-less, happy dealings I have ever had with a repair company. From now on, these are the guys I will call. I even programmed them into my phone😊 Reuben just left and our A/C is working beautifully and our house is beginning to cool down. We are one happy family now!
They installed a swamp cooler at my parents house. They where very professional,on time, they where very knowledgeable on what they where doing and explained in detail to my parents how everything works. When finished they made sure everything was working great before leaving. I would HIGHLY recommend them to others.
