Great Service, easy interaction, quickly done.
I called TCF this morning at 10 am, and by 12:30 Eric (the technician) was finished solving a kitchen drain issue. He was incredibly friendly, and he was patient with our nosy dog. He explained everything and completely solved the problem. I'll absolutely be using them again and requesting Eric.

Update 3/15/23: A++ for fundamental solution found vs. continual repairs. Update 4/14/22: Keeps doing A+ work. Update 3/8/22: had additional work to dig under concrete and replace a corroded drain pipe. Everything that follows remains true! Thomas is a Master Plumber who was the definition of above, beyond, and professional. We had a sprinkler system backflow line that ruptured in multiple places due to the recent cold, combined with a blown control box that prevented us from clearing the system beforehand. We either needed to hit the sprinkler shutoff near the city main (Plan A), or replace the backflow lines/valves (Plan B), so that we could have water to the house without flooding the foundation outside. He got us on his roster for the very next day, immediately sent a quote (which was extremely reasonable for such a short notice job), and assured us that if he could get here any earlier he would. He kept in close contact about his arrival, arrived earlier than expected, assessed our situation, left to get a unique tool for our sprinkler main valve, found out even THAT didn't work (the valve is 8-12 ft in the ground or something ridiculous), and then executed a Plan C which was to just cut the line before the damaged piping and put in a stop valve. Plan C was about $500 cheaper than Plan B and just as effective, although temporary, which we knew. He did it in under 10 minutes. Value was amazing - I've spent way more money on way dumber things. Thomas even left us the replacement parts for cost, gave me an overview of how to tackle the replacement, and although extremely busy that day, actively listened to every issue I discussed and never made me feel rushed. When the city wouldn't help us nail the sprinkler valve because it was after the city main, Thomas said he'd look into getting a tool to help out. Working with Thomas was a great experience. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me find the issue. We came to find out that the issue was not plumbing related and did not need his services. However, for future purposes, I have found a great plumber.

I can not thank Thomas enough. Our boiler was literally exploding New Year’s Day of 2022. He came all the way to evergreen to look at it and it was all replaced a day and a half later. I’m pregnant and the negligence of this homes previous owner could have killed us. Today we woke up with no heat. Thomas answered my call and came out right away. He fixed the issue promptly and was able to restore our heat. I can’t recommend him enough. I will forever use Thomas for all our heating and plumbing needs.

Thomas is extremely professional and friendly. He is prompt, honest and very knowledgeable. We’ve had him out multiple times for plumbing repairs but this was the first time we had him help us with our AC unit. Thomas was able to pick up on a problem that went undetected by the two other companies we had used in the past!
