Our AC just stopped working. AHS assigned TC Homes to fix our problem. Scheduling with Crystal, who was very professional and friendly was a breeze, and we had an appointment the next day. Teymour and another technician came, found the problem and fixed it. My family is happy to have the AC back up and running. Our technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained the problem and answered my questions. Thanks again!
Used him through my American home shield.He cut wires said we needed a new part .I called another company and they showed me and AHS the job he did and cut wires on purpose for job security....the new technician fixed it within a hour....we got pictures and witnesses.
I use homeshield and this company provided the "second opinion" after I complained about the wording of the first contractor who was sent out and refused to repair the device. That contractor indicated the thermostat was hooked up incorrectly, without looking at the thermostat. The second company TC Homes, showed up, dropped in a C wire to bypass the c wire converter box and went on there way. They fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. Thermostat seemed to be hooked up correctly according to instructions, with the question being on the device you connect if a c wire is missing. The contractor opted out of this concern and dropped in a c wire.

T.Moore was very professional & knowledgeable to my furnace questions...He diagnosed the problem 1st visit came back with part replaced it in no time & furnace working like a charm..he also came within the time window they gave us ..will recommend this company highly

I am not a review writer; however, I felt compelled to write this review. After replacing two other companies sent by American Home Shield, TCH by far was the best company for the job. After being without A/C for two months, they kept my wife and I informed through the entire process of when they received the job order and had our system fixed within 2 weeks. The crew that they sent was professional, courteous and proficient. Everyone to include the owner at least gave the impression that they empathized with our situation and quickly got the job done. This is the company that you want in your home to fix any of your HVAC needs. Bravo THC!
