Excellent diagnosis, speedy work great value
Tom made time in his schedule to come over quickly & diagnose the problem & made everything easy to understand. Very professional! He’s in our contact list permanently for future use and so that we can refer his business to our friends and family.
We used TC Heating and cooling to change out our air conditioner. Let me tell you how great of an experience we had. Tom was on time and took the time to lay down tarps on our newly installed carpet. He was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. The entire experience was great from start to finish and I would highly recommend them for any air conditioning and heating needs!
They are extremely responsive and helpful with finding the most cost effective and practical solution that fits your need. Your can rest assured that everything will be installed correctly as well as fix problems left from others due to shoddy previous installations.
I have used TC Heating and Air Conditioning several times. They are always very prompt in their responses, and thorough in their findings. I've been walked through every problem I've encountered, and been provided a multitude of solutions. Work is always completed in a timely manner, and I will continue to use them going forward.

While on vacation I got an alert that my furnace at home was not working. I reached out to Tom at TC Heating and he scheduled a visit within an hour. My neighbor let him in to diagnose the problem. Tom secured parts and returned the next day to fix the problem permanently. Tom's service was professional with great skills and communication. Thanks Tom for a great job!
My heating stopped working around 10:30pm on Jan 18th. Opened the furnace cover and found the ignition module not working. The flashing LED error code was obvious. Called a few placed before calling tcheating and Tom was available for a service call. Upon arriving, he diagnosed it to be the ignition module as well. Replacing the module took about 30 mins and he cleaned the flame sensor as well. Max time less than 1hr. Since it was after hours, I knew there were extra charges, but I was shocked at the final bill. Over $700!!! ($200 diagnostic fee and $500 for the module) to replace a simple ignition module, which is available on Amazon for about $120(retail). I questioned him about the price and his response was that it was fixed price with labor included. How much labor who knows? Total ripoff. Sorry, no integrity at all.. Definitely call around before calling this company.. Just saw your response. Some facts first, I did mention to you that the gas valve was replaced couple of year ago along with the ignition module by another HVAC company. I have the receipt, which I can gladly show to you. Anyway, why would you assume that I performed my own repairs and what difference would that make to what you do at that time? Also not sure what you mean about wrong wiring as it was working fine till that day. Bottom line, you replaced a part and charged an outrageous price for it
My water heat went out Jan 2021. I contacted TC and Tom was out the following day. He was able to secure a Bradford White water hear and make the replacement very quickly. The price was less than I expected. This evening I realized my furnace was not working, I contacted Tom and he was at my home within the hour. He was able to fix the heat and my explained some of the different functions of my furnace. I am very happy with the service I was provided on both occasions . 10 out of 10 would recommend. We had problems with our furnace and eventually it ended up going completely out in the heart of winter and TC Heating & AC got it done on the same day. Tom the owner went out of his way to search for the parts to repair my furnace and he was very professional and made some recommendations on how to extend the life of my furnace, instead of just trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need! I highly recommend using their services for all your HVAC needs, they are family owned business and they get the job done right!
I had a substantial leak in my restaurants HVAC unit that starting to leak into my dining room. I called TC and within 45 minutes he arrived, troubleshot the issue, and got to work fixing it. Very pleased with the service, expert knowledge, and fair bill at the end. Would definitely recommend to anyone, and will use again.
Had T.C. install new electric hot water tank,they did an excellent job they were on time the price that Tom quoted me was exactly what I paid love supporting my home town small business .
Since having my furnace installed, I was told I was getting a deal and an upgrade, however I had someone else fill my Freon tell me it's 80 proficiency and I should have had a 90 installed, I told him the price and was told it's high, for a few hundred more I could have had the correct furnace installed. The entire time Tom sold me I felt like I was dealing with a used car sales man. I would recommend you shop around and don't believe what Tom tells you. Edit... This is exactly the attitude and lies that I'm talking about. You knew we didn't have heat for 3 weeks and you hired another person to come install it, after telling me you were giving me a deal. You lie and have poor workman ship. Your friends are giving you reviews to help you cheat your cheap workmanship to more people. Shame...

I had a new AC unit put in June of 2019 from TC heating and air conditioning. Outstanding service. Tom came out and quickly and accurately new what I needed. I highly recommend TC heating and Air conditioning. Thanks Tom
