Excellent service. Timely, polite and efficient.
From the beginning Jose Tavares was honest and provided a comprehensive assessment (in detail) of what it would cost to fix or just replace my HVAC. I decided to go with replacement. I didn't have to chase him for an installation date, he kept in contact and was on time the day of installation. Both he and his crew worked all day quickly and efficiently to replace my furnace and central air. They were professional and was sure to clean up thoroughly after the installation was complete. To be honest I think my basement was cleaner than when they arrived. (smile) I would highly recommend Tavares HVAC LLC. Jose has been a superb contractor. He was easy to talk to, explained everything and fairly priced the job. I can't say enough about how great my experience has been and my central air is working PERFECTLY!!!

Kyler came out to service our Ac unit! He was on time and super efficient! He was very knowledgeable and friendly! He offered great service I know that our company will continue to use the services at our other locations! The only thing I could say is that I would offer 10 stars if I was able because the service was that great!

Was able to find the issues - it was pretty much visible with the broken wire right in front. Still it needed them to know it was a thermostat wire. Problem is they charged $450 to simply put it together with tape. This was not an inside wire or connection, but the wire coming from wall hanging outside and then going to unit. Out of $450, they said $120 is because they showed their face on site, it is not for doing anything except come there. =========== Let me put in additional comments in view of the reply - 1. Your own technician said the $125 is just for SHOW FACE and not anything else 2. NO CHARGES were discussed, NO OPTIONS were prrovided. In fact I ASKED for a new wire which was ignored. 3. NO APPROVAL was given by me before repair. Bill was provided AFTER repair was done 4. BEFORE PAYMENT when asking technician about HIGH CHARGE he said this is my charge for DISCOVERY of issues and FIXING So your reply is pointless attempt to qualify something which you DID NOT DO. I would NOT have agreed to any repair at that rate. ALSO you need to let your guys know if the fees is for first 30mins as problem was found within 15 mins. While you SAY you take it SERIOUSLY, clearly your reply indicates YOU DO NOT
Our technician, Kyler, was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He gave us great recommendations for future maintenance of our air conditioning system. We will definitely continue using Tavares for our HVAC needs.

Extremely professional, fairly priced, punctual, thorough, friendly service, and took the time to educate me on the problem to prevent it from happening again or worsening. Got an appointment same day as my call. Truly a 5 star experience; would HIGHLY recommend!!
We moved into our new house 1 week ago and of course, the AC blower died yesterday. Naturally, I called A.Joke Person (big local co.), as they have always responded quickly in our past house. They confirmed my suspicion of a dead blower motor within 5 min and quoted a price of 1250. The whole process from calling them, to obtaining the estimate took a mere hour and $90. I was suspicious. I called 10 other places and Tavares was able to come over in an hour....So despite my apprehension at paying another 125 service charge, I decided to proceed. Jose came over and spent an hour just diagnosing the problem; taking the thing apart, checking all the wires, fuses etc... He even jumped the fan to confirm that the motor was in fact functional. He determined that the circuit board was busted and then proceeded to find the most cost-effective and reliable replacement (this was at 7pm). He wired the motor to run continuously for our comfort and was back the next morning with a replacement board for the permanent fix. Final cost: $600 (inclusive of the $125). It's hard to find responsible people with integrity in this business and the big companies just want you to order whole new systems. I can't recommend Jose enough. My only apprehension to copying and pasting this review on all the review sites are that people will realize how good and honest he was and I'll have trouble scheduling him next time I need him.
